I popped in to WH Smith’s today to send a box via DHL. Having never used this service to send a parcel I did not know where to start this box that box my box confusion or what but the young lady behind the till had pity for this old fart lol and came to the rescue and helped me fill out the form pick a box she definitely went the extra mile.
