Unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest, would’ve rated 0 zeros if it was possible. Highly DO NOT recommend. Had some repairs booked (before the MOT took place) as well as my MOT on the same day, which was booked EIGHT days prior over the phone. Only to be told upon arrival that we didn’t even book any repairs just the MOT. Argued with us for straight 5 mins upon arrival saying we didn’t even call and apparently he booked the MOT himself when we didn’t even speak to him (kept lying and arguing saying that we did). Tried to make us seem like mad people who hallucinated booking the repairs. Upon standing our ground and pulling up receipts of the call log, he admits that he was on annual leave and we spoke to someone else instead in the company and today he cannot do the repairs due to the time frame….Even though we were told this would be possible hence why the time and date was agreed upon in the first place. Asked to speak to the guy who booked us in to which he goes, “he isn’t here I am and I cannot do the repairs before the MOT”, as one can imagine after being lied to literally upon arrival and now being told this with my last date being the next day (Sunday), set worry and panic in me like nobodies business as I now didn’t even have the time to go to another garage at last minute to get the work done. Raised his voice and went literally into my face saying he can’t do anything, as if we were in the wrong for being booked in and then lied to saying you haven’t. Horrible experience and mind you, not even a SINGLE apology came out of his mouth for what has happened despite it being his fault and the company’s. Not to mention, he lied about booking in our MOT on the Monday he came back to work from his annual leave even though his colleague booked it for us the week he was off on annual leave. What was supposed to be finished at half 1 finished at around 3/3:30, for which I had to even cancel my shift at work from all the distress that I received. Absolutely APPALLING behaviour, rude, ARROGANT and zero customer service and communication skills. Clearly hired by the company blind. And all I can say is they need to have a thorough look through their staff and sort them out, maybe hire people that actually know customer service??? Or even offer communication skill courses because that whole interaction was disgusting. Will NOT be coming back. Appalling behaviour and terrible service.
I have been quote £304.95 for BMW 420 Front Pads and Discs supply and fit. I call and ask if I get parts how much for fit.as then it will cost me half price or less.He reply I would not put it for you. They way he said I.. inside of we. Like he own Mr clutch Autocentres.i have been using Mr clutch Milton Keynes for many years. Recently just move to Northampton.Milton Keynes customer service and the way they deal with customer is great.last time I told them can you replace battery which I bought after you done service.they happy done it for me.if I ask for a job they charge and do it But Northampton Mr clutch it's something else.they fail my MOT and dnt have time to book it again un less 10 days.when I took my fail mot car from them and took it to other grange they told me leave the key tomorrow morning for a day will do it for you.and they did it.which I guess you cnt expect from Mr clutch as they dnt care about the business.they attitude towards customer so bossy.very bad experience I won't or recommend anyone use Northampton branch.
Good price and like the thing of 2 year warranty they gave after the clutch work was done.
Took our car for mot at this place... NEVER AGAIN. Told us that the suspension arm/Bush needed changing as it was very worn. We knew the car had some issues regarding bulbs, tyres basic things that could of been fixed before testing but suspension arm.. really.... there was no signs that it had worn no knocking or making any noise. Bottom line these lot are a bunch of cowboys who are only interested in charging u money for things that do not need doing. We took the car to another garage who told us that the failure on the car was not necessary. Think your staff need another dose of mot training or you need your licences revoked from practicing in this field. Thank you for taking 35 pound off me for no reason whatsoever and then trying to charge me 400 quid on top. God forbid this ever happens to any of you. Scoundrels.
Never again! After 2 recommendations, decided to go here for a MOT - and guess what, the MOT was failed on what would be an advisory on many other places! What's even worse is that, we were charged £150 for getting it fixed and retested. Customer service was even appalling! I would steer away from this place and rather go to a local garage - this garage is a money grabber and clearly taking advantage of customers!
Nice people but had to wait 5 hours it was booked in 8;30 didn't 13:45 and now my stop start does not work need to take it to fords
Brilliant service! Went for clutch replacement, and it couldn't be any better. First of all, their quote was £200 less then in any other garage. Gentlemen at reception desk was very knowledgeable and polite. Car was ready in 5 hours, no extra costs. I got all paperwork, they also told me to come back at certain milage, to make sure everything is fine. But I can tell already, my car feels better than ever before!
