   I will never go elsewhere! Gary and his team are super knowledgeable and trustworthy and I always feel that my car is in good hands. They’ve done minor and major repairs, MOTs, and generally helped me out a lot over the last years. I always feel that the price is fair and competitive and Gary took time to explain what was done and why - giving useful tips on how I can make my car last longer. Also at a previous garage I had the aircon re-gassed, I tried it, car wasn’t cold. I then brought the car to Highcross motors, thinking my condenser had a hole… turns out it was fine, and with the re-gas now being done properly it actually worked! They did a fab job as always. Best garage around.

   Asked for a quote on work that I want done to my vehicle; the man on the phone replied with ' The boss is away so you will have to wait 5 days for a quote'. I asked politely if he would rephrase - as I was unsure of the relevance to that vague statement, he replied with the exact same sentence and then put the phone down on me. I would have been a regular customer, but the ignorance and rudeness of the staff has lost you my custom and any recommendations on my behalf.

   Really surprised at the few who have said they've had negative customer service from these guys. Seen Sam a few times to fix our car and he has always been amazing and seems very genuine. Me and my partner know little about cars but he's always explained things for us in layman's terms without making us feel stupid. They always quote in advance of commencing any work and they've always given us honest answers of the things that genuinely need replacing and the things that can wait for the time being. Considering how many customers they have, Sam remembered today that we discussed our wedding last time he saw us over 6 months ago. Would 100% recommend these guys to anybody in the local area.

   Great service, an honest old school garage, my Mrs and I have been customers for 10 years now after a recommendation from an old friend, I wouldn't go anywhere else, the owners and staff are always friendly and willing to help us out and go out of their way to accommodate us.
