   Excellent service today I wanted a new pair of kitchen scissors ✂️ As I walked into the store I asked the lady behind the counter “where would I find the kitchen scissors “. She immediately came from behind the counter to show me where they were. Great choices available. This lady is named Debbie and she is the manager of this store. Extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful and happy too. Thank you so much A very happy customer today

   I was disappointed with the returns process. I was referred to a store, where unfortunately the staff were unable to assist and informed me that my pan could not be returned because it had become "too hot"—which I found quite perplexing. Additionally, I was given an incorrect customer service email address, which added to the frustration. Fortunately, when I called customer service to raise my concerns, I spoke with a very helpful representative who was able to resolve the issue efficiently, sparing me from another trip to the store. Would not return to this store again or buy another pro-cook product here as they seem to attempt everything to avoid having to honor their guarentee in store.

   I really like this store as it has everything that you would ever need to use in a kitchen, they have some really different gadgets to buy. The knives they sell are really good, not cheap but well worth the money as you'll never have to buy any again. Their pans are also excellent & will last you a lifetime. It's just a great shop to mooch around in, one of my favourites.

   If you're looking for high quality full clad copper cookware then you're in the wrong place. for staff that will reduce your IQ free of charge and overpriced 3ply aluminium core pans with a nice brushed finish then there's probably no place better
