   Unusual gift ideas, helpful staff, wide choice of items, beautiful sofa, can’t wait for delivery, really excitedwow! The sofa of my dreams was delivered on Friday, so beautiful, almost feels too good to sit on, It’s gorgeous and it was a couple of weeks early. Two very pleasant young men delivered it and made sure it was perfect. I,m so delighted, didn’t want what everyone else has, definitely not. Leather, beautiful fabric, velvety - stunning. Thank you so much, a real statement, several colourways available. (Harvest) is this particular design. I am only short and my feet touch the floor, no problem. Can’t sit in comfort with your legs dangling in mid-air

   We ordered 2 beautiful sofas, which we understood about delivery time. When they arrived unfortunately they would not go up our stairs (townhouse). But this did not deter them, they went above and beyond to get them in. We have a Julie balcony, so they hired a lift and great team work, they are in our lounge. Looking stunning and extremely comfortable. Thank you all. One very happy customer.

   We purchsed an indoor plant pot on August 10th. Unbeknown to us it was more of a 'seconds' - be we didn't discover that until we got home. A surprise overnight stay in Angmering prompted me to think 'hey, we can exchange our pot'. My husband put the pot and an incorrect till recipt in the car. In Country Interiors, upon asking for an exchange, we were asked for the receipt. The person who asked may well have not heard our answer as he'd walked off to find a replacement. As he returned I told him our plight and said I would email a photograph of our till receipt, once back home. The hostile, frosty air hung over us. I asked if he was alright with this and got a short and sharp speech on how 'it seemed everyone returned items to Country Interiors without receipt of payment'. We walked out pretty quickly after a different pot was wrapped up. There isn't an email address to send a photo or to share my upset at what happened in the shop. So I decided to I will post here. I have my till receipt and also a screenshot of my Consumer Rights. Returning an item is faulty: no till receipt is needed to return faulty good. The returend pot was put in the window.
