I’ve recently had carpets fitted throughout and I cannot thank Colin enough for all his support and expertise. Great quality carpet and the fitters were amazing. I was concerned about my furniture being in the way but they dealt with it all very swiftly and cleared up afterwards. Well done Colin and team
After looking all over Horsham to find what I was looking for I stumbled across Collingwood Batchellor. I had an initial browse to then be greeted by Martin who was just wonderful! Although it took me 3 visits between myself, my partner and her mom to decide on what we were going to go with Martin was patient, kind, understanding and truly so helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for your help in making my new house a true delight.

After a brief visit into the store with my Ma, picked up a couple of gems in the sale. Harvey - Salesman was super impressive and not at all pushy. Organisations of the delivery time could have gone a little smoother so really a 4.5/5. Nonetheless I’ll be back :)

My husband and I strolled into the Horsham branch of Collingwood Batchellor, on the hunt for a sofa. Having already been to many other sofa shops, we definitely had an expectation of a standard of sales service, so was quite surprised to have been met by a completely disinterested sales approach. In fact the salesman was so disinterested he decided to adopt a shout information whilst remaining seated at his desk approach. In fact He did not even bother to assist in fabric selection, again choosing to just lean forward and shout instructions to go upstairs, look for ourselves and call down the numbers if we wanted a price. In short we left with a mindset of a company that simply did not care or even want a sale. Take my advice and go elsewhere.
Just had final delivery of the furniture we purchased for our new home. Fantastic service from the delivery team as ever , and the sales team at the Horsham store have been first class would highly recommend for quality and value for money
I used this company for maybe over 25 years and even though not regular thier service is amazing. Sometimes thing are late usually becaueog manufacturering delays but I always get an email and the staff are always helpful. Well done for your excellent products and service
Went in just to see what sofas they had and found a lovely selection to choose from. Staff helpful without being pushy and gave me all the information I needed to help make a decision. I haven't bought anything yet but once I've measured up I will be going back in to place an order. Good sale prices too and store set out well.
