Incompetency at its absolute finest!! Car sold to me via car shop Northampton (2020 BMW 320D) broke down within 6 hours of collection, this in its self begs the question of how well their cars are prepared before sale? The car has been with them for 2 days to resolve a DPF sensor issue, only to be told yesterday and today the wrong sensors have been ordered? So now my employer has tolorate me being not available for a third day as I need my car for work! Totally unacceptable and shambolic. Car shop Northampton senior management team you will be receiving a letter before action and a request for compensation very shortly!!

I'm a CarShop customer from many years and I have never been happy with them service level at Service Centre. This surprisingly changed this year, thank to Nadia. She is the nicest, the most friendly and the most professional person in the whole CarShop I've deal before. I think CarShop should employ more similar people as Nadia, who will bring them a lot more of happy Customers! Only thank to Nadia I will again back for my next car service and MOT to CarShop!

What ever you do do not allow yourself to be dealt with by a man of the name of Cristian-Marian Niculae, he is a LIAR. Me and my father had attended the Northampton branch and Cristian assured us if we were to have any issues with the car that we would have 14 days where we would be able to return the car with a refund no issues what so ever. I later found out ( after contacting the company due to noises coming from the car) that this was absolutely not the case and that there is no such policy of this kind and that in the terms and conditions there is a no returns policy if you are unhappy after purchase. I explained the situation and then they eventually told me Cristian completely dennied saying this. Obviously i had a witness present that heard what Cristian had actually said and so i was not willing to accept this. I therfore gave them a very detailed description of the conversation ( including where he went and double checked this with a manager) and asked them to take this to Cristian and for him to tell me exactly what he did say, as surely he could not have point blank been denying no such conversation had taken place at all ? I even asked for a face to face meeting with my self my father, Cristian and the manager to see if Cristian was willing to lie to our faces. The customer service manager or store manager was supposed to call me back the next working day. Funny that because they never did. I called twice after this chasing the call back however I never received the call or even an email. Funny how when you have handed over your 10ns of thousend of pounds the customer service seems to disppear and they do not honour what they told you when selling the car. Did someone from the car shop not want to take my issue seriously after just taking 17 grand from me ? However now i have left a review i can gurantee they will leave a comment trying to take the matter seriously just for the bennefit of other people reading this. Where was this 4 weeks ago !? DO NOT deal with this LIAR as he will say anything just to make a sale. I would also think twice about dealing with the company as once they have your money they do not care about customer service. It is completely ilegal/ imorral to mis sell a car based on certain information and to then lie and not have this promise honoured. I heavily recommend people record their face to face negotiations with these people.

Partner brought a service plan when she got the car. Have only ever struggle to get it seen and when they have seen her they've been nothing but rude and belittling. I would recommend wasting your money getting a plan. Better of going to motorvation in farcotton atleast they treat you like a normal customer and not a silly women that wants to get ripped off!

This should have been 5 stars but I have had some issues with the car that I purchased and collected from here. They have sorted most of them, but I shouldn't have had any problems in the first place. The spare key didn't work, ( sorted now ) a door light lens that had fallen off was inside the rear door, ( on-going). Daniel H has been very helpful.

Fast and friendly service. The process was very easy and every step from purchase to picking up the car was explained well. CarShop has taken many precautions to follow covid guidelines and altogether it felt very safe. The Northampton location is a bit outside the city centre but you can get there easily by car or public transport.
