   My van started having an intermittent starting problem AFTER this garage had done some work. They then told me after just sticking on the IBD that the timing chain needed changing. I knew it wasn’t that and thankfully took it to a garage that doesn’t just rely on technology, and sure enough, it was a small electrical fault caused by their original work, thankfully all fixed and working. The boss is an arrogant …. Who tried to argue that they’d done what I asked the first time I took it in - they hadn’t but sometimes it’s best to save your breath with people like him. It has also done in and is asked them to change a tyre which, again, they forgot to do. Absolutely useless and thankfully will never use again. Overpriced w……s

   30yrs I've been using this garage and now the companies I've worked at all now put their fleet vehicles through here. Colleagues and friends outside of work use Gavin's too. Andy, Martin, Paul they'll help you out when really stuck. Never a problem with their work, bill, or parts used. Really appreciate knowing them, they've become my friends, and not just me although it feels like it, I think they've probably become friends to most of Bedford.

   Had an issue this morning with our trailer, tyre punctured and called into the garage on the off chance to see if they could help us out. Tyre was swapped and we were back on the road within the hour. Excellent service and couldn't do enough for us. Would thoroughly recommend using this garage, we use them for all of our servicing and vehicle maintenance. Thank you Martin, so grateful for helping us get back on the road this morning.
