   What a great garage! So helpful and considerate. I burst my tyre just up the road from where they are situated. The owner Lee went and got the car for me, phoned for a tyre to be delivered urgently, found me somewhere to sit, put the heater on and fitted the tyre as soon as it arrived. He also checked some other things on the car for me and made a couple of calls about some ongoing problems the car has. I couldn’t believe my luck when I got the bill and it was £83-I had just been quoted £230 for a mobile tyre fitter to come out. Thank you so much Burton Latimer Car Care!

   I was recommended Burton Latimer Car Care last Friday when I unfortunately broke down (first time I’ve ever broken down before) and I can honestly say the services that were provided were phenomenal! I phoned them once they opened at 8am on the Friday morning whilst being very unsettled and frightened down the phone, and since that phone call everything was taken care of. Leon and his team are absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, very supportive and managed to sort everything out for me knowing cars really are not my strong point! I will for sure be using them for everything in the future. A massive massive thank you again!

   Went on Thursday this Week for a diagnostic on my 2009 Skoda Octavia as I took it somewhere else + they were no help. My mate works at Central Garage in Irthlingborough + He had heard of Burton Car Care so advised Me to try them ? The guy I saw first over a week ago ( he doesn't work there now ) told Me all wrong angway, so I talked to Lee + Phil. They both talked Me thru + showed Me what the issue could be ? They fitted a new fuel filter + added a special fuel additive. There is an ' OverBoost' issue with the Car, so it's gotta go back this Tuesday for some more investigation. I suffer with Bad Anxiety + Depression + they were both very understanding I also know the Lady in the office from a previous garage her name is Trudi She let me sit in the office while I waited. I have trouble sometimes with putting My Trust in New People but they all made Me feel at ease. I have read other reviews on Burton Car Care + do 100% agree with all the Positive Reviews, I am very impressed with this Garage + will definitely continue to take My car to them. Collected My car Today + WOW ! It's like a new car, as there was more to do than 1st thought ? But everything has been done that needed 2b done. They've done the cambelt good job as it was still on it's original 1, just proves nothing was ever checked on it I shall never ever deal with Vincents Car Sales again ( Peterborough ) I shouldn't need 2 as this car should last Me another 100, 000 miles. They are a Great bunch of Guys + Lee I think is so Brilliant the way he kept Me informed. I am due to be away Tomorrow + He promised Me I would have it back on time + He stuck to His Promise. Will Definitely go back to them been advised to go back in February for an oil + filter change. Again T Y .

   Friendly and professional service! They were very accommodating at fitting my car in last minute, and it cost less than I was expecting! I thought it needed a part so they ordered it in, but when I went to collect the car they hadn't fitted it as it didnt need it! Refreshingly honest! Will 100% use them again.

   Amazing service! 5pm I called as I noticed my tyre had a screw in & needed it sorted asap for work in the morning. Lee answered my call & told me to pop over & had it repaired within 40 minutes of me calling up! Cannot thank him enough!

   My engine management light come on and car care went out of the way to fit me in to look at my car. The fault was not easy to fix as not much to go on but car care dedicated alot of time and not giving up on me to solve the issue ..    Honestly the best service you could ask for. After another garage messed me about and lied to me I called Burton Car Care and they couldn't be more helpful, booking me in to see the problems and then showing me the problems and talking me through the plan to fixing my car. They carried out the work quickly and now I'm happy and safe back on the road and I will continue to use this garage from now on for all my car needs. Friendly knowledgeable team who go above and beyond and don't rip you off excellent service. Thank you so much.

   A friendly local garage found on the main road through Burton Latimer.. It's literally right next to sainsburys. Drive in the main entrance to the supermarket and its immediately on your right.. New owners have taken over from late last year, and are slowly renovating the garage. There is now a sofa to sit on if you're waiting. I find these guys to be friendly, helpful, and specialise in Vw and Audi cars. I trust their judgement and would take my car there again..!!
