   I have been using Central Garage since 2017 and I have always been impressed with how well and how much they explain before the work is done and after you get feedback as to what additional steps you may need to take to be safe on the road. I will continue to use Central Garage for future work I have booked my services one for this year and the other for next year it was so easy to do. Staff also explained the option of having a courtesy car while the service is being done.

   Central Garage, Irthlingborough are simply brilliant. I originally used them when they replaced the wet belt on my Ford Fiesta. I continue to use them based on the excellent service they provide. They recently were able to do some repair work at very short notice. The health check revealed at non-functioning wheel sensor which they also replaced at the same time. I was kept fully up to date and the total price was very reasonable. A delighted customer. I will continue to use Central Garage for future services and repairs.

   Bought a lovely car from Paul at Central Garage. He discussed the pros and cons of the car and made the experience pleasant and comfortable. A good salesman who didn't pressure me to immediately purchase the car and i didnt feel rushed me until I was happy to proceed. He helped me to get the car at all stages of the purchase, including my part exchange, new tax, warranty and peace of mind. Highly recommended.

   Not great service on trying to book vehicle in for warranty work, but gave the benefit of the doubt and still took it but walked away upset, feeling intimidated and vulnerable and in floods of tears and still a car with an issue. Service shocking and clearly customer service is only for those paying and not warranty work. Never ever in my life have I been made to feel like the little woman but today it happened. Felt so disgusted by how I was spoken to and treated that I will be taking this further. I was spoken over, shouted down and basically left feeling like I was worthless as a human let alone a customer

   My colleague was talking to the salesman, when the phone rang, the gentleman just totally ignored my colleague and answer the phone. He then shoved the paper work at us, as if to say, I'm finished with you.appawling attitude from the salesman.
