First time here since I moved to Milton Keynes. I booked through AA Smart Care and Clays has not let me down. I left the car for MOT and they did the magic. I went for a coffee and work while they did the job. They were quick (I think) I would only say they forgot to call me when they finished the work, so I had to ring them after three hours to check but other than that, really happy.

I booked Major service plus collect and deliver through BookMyGarage website. On the day of service, no one contacted me so I called the garage and they told me to drop off as no one available to collect. So I dropped off my car in the afternoon. When the job is completed , I asked the guy to make sure he topped up the coolant and he said yes. But the coolant was the same level as before. Please see attached picture. I hope they didn’t just reset the service light without doing proper job.

New to Clay's this year as the main hyundai dealers where I used to take my car for service & MOT had closed. Very happy with customer service, work done and pricing, so much so that I also took the opportunity to get some bodywork done for some rust on the boot. Everything clearly explained, pricing fair and great job done. Would definitely both recommend and use again myself.

I strongly advise against using this garage. I was told my car would be ready by Tuesday from last week , but it’s still not available for pickup. The staff seem disorganized and lack the professionalism you’d expect from a reliable mechanic. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. If i could give less I would. Avoid at all costs this place is what give mechanics and AA a bad name.

Took my car to them as advised by the AA as it was under the garage and labour policy taken out with the AA. Not a friendly lot, fairly miserable. They gave me a receipt for the work. The receipt was shoddy and the new maf sensors were held on with zip ties, obviously not the correct ones!. My excess with the AA for work done is £35. These lot had the nerve to put VAT on top of it. I made a complaint to the AA about this garage and the service received. I will not be using these lot ever again. Not professional, miserable and moody lot. And also, greedy when it comes to charging customers.

Very efficient technicians and offer the MOT and car servicing at very reasonable prices. Today was my 2nd time in two years using them and have no complaints. Only thing they could improve is the customer waiting area could be a little more 'inviting' and some teas and coffees facilities would be good too. Other than that, Peter and his team are well worth a visit.
