   This place is untrustworthy, when asked to produce something that says how long their labour was for their response was you should just trust us. There hourly rate is £110 and work done is extremely slow so they can get more hours labour.

   I saw the ad for my Smart Fortwo on Autotrader but I live on the South Coast, not Bedford. I gave as much info on my p/ex Smart as I could to Mike who came back with a fair valuation so we, remotely agreed the p/ex. Mike was brilliant from the very first contact right through to my collecting the car, nothing was too much trouble. It was most refreshing to deal with Kingsley Garage who also offer a good warranty and distance selling guarantee If Mike has the car you want, I cannot recommend him enough

   Visited today, 7th May, and honestly couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Went in with 2 friends of mine as they had their hearts set on a car they'd seen, and we were greeted with a fantastic, non pushy salesman named Mike. He showed us the desired car, allowed us to test drive and was very open in his sales mannerism. He was that good that he didn't need to persuade/push the sale at all, an even better bonus was that he provided us with "complimentary vehicle tax" (private joke!) He is honestly a credit to the industry, and I truly wish him many more successful years within the trade. If we ever need anything in the future we will most definitely be going back. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would.

   As usual I got great help and assistance with buying my new care from Kingsley Garage , the service never changes it's always superb. This time I dealt with Mike but Paul has sold me vehicles in the past but there is never any pressure put on me. The service department have looked after several of my previous vehicle with a great level of service. This Friendly business deserves a 5 STAR rating.
