   Booked in for a tyre check, found out there was a bigger issue. Didn't charge me and suggested an alternate place to fix at a cheaper price then then then refitted the tyre for free. 10/10 will be coming back for my service and MOT

   The best garage I’ve ever come across! Used them several times in the past but this week was just exceptional service! I phoned on Tuesday evening at 5pm, desperate as my little red smart car was making a horrendous noise. They told me to come straight down the next day at 8.30am. They checked my car over and made sure it was safe to drive. Then they squeezed me in the very next day to complete the work. All this 1 week before Christmas when they were very, very busy! I’m blown away by their service and 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much and have a lovely Christmas guys!

   I booked a tyre change online for 4pm. When I went to reception I said booked a tyre change for 4pm. I was just told there are 5 people ahead of me. I ended up waiting over 80 minutes, people who came in after me left before me. What is the point of being able to book an appointment and end up waiting over 80 minutes just for a simple tyre change. I’ve never had to wait this long elsewhere for a tyre change. Won’t be wasting my time going back here again.

   Never used them before but really pleased after my first visit when changing all four tyres on my car. The guys are friendly inside, they're quick, there's wifi and room to work whilst waiting, both inside and out of the building. Tea and coffee on tap too. Loads of room to park. I'll definitely be using them again!

   I took my car here for an alignment at the end of last year. I was told they couldn’t complete the alignment because my track rods were seized and I was quoted £220 for replacement parts. I took the car elsewhere for a second opinion. The other garage got the track rods moving freely in minutes and completed an alignment with no issues. I’d heard good things about Wellingborough Tyres but as stated in other reviews, it seems their standard of service is not what it used to be. I would recommend saving your money and taking your business elsewhere.

   Took my car here as it had an issue with some suspension parts I thought , asked them to perform an inspection of vehicle etc I believe they test drove it also, get a phonecard end of day hi mate yes we can see there is an issue but we cannot seem to find it we suggest either buying brand new tyres or placing the car on a jig ( implying the chassis was bent after me owning the car for a year and hpi clear etc it drove fine when I brought it ) for it to turn out to be engine mounts gone on the vehicle lol..wouldn't trust these with a barge pole after them suggestions and I've always found these to be genuine but seems things have slipped .. not impressed protyre

   Waited too long, no communication even when I asked the girl behind the counter. Man doing deals with customers as obviously given wrong price in the first place & obviously likes sitting in his car reving the engine, twice in the hour I was there!!
