Came for my MOT, welcoming gentlemen, all was done in time frame stated. Waited in offiice which was nice and warm. No issues at all. Would definitely use them again.

AVOID this place at all cost. First time I was there, they scratched my alloys, when I was replacing the tyres. The service took twice longer, from the time they promised me to finish. They also haven't done the wheel alignment, as the car started to drift slightly to the left. Second time I was there, again they took twice longer than promised, then they forgot to put my wheel caps so I had to go back. Again, they changed tyres, and car started drifting to the side. Not sure if they don't do alignment correctly, or they don't know how to balance the wheels correctly. Not once I've heard sorry or anything. The guy that manage this place is extremely unprofessional. After first time they asked me to contact Customer Services - Never heard anything back ! AVOID THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS !!!!!!!
I did a walk in just after the doors opened in the morning, staff was very helpful, took the instantly, obtained authorization from leasing company, and I had my problem solved within under an hour! Top quality service! Genuine 5 stars! Keep it up

Excellent efficient service had trouble in competition opposite with loose wheel and these guys instantly jumped to the rescue to get the tyre replaced! Will be using all the time when this way in the future! Brilliant customer service skills from the two members of staff that dealt with us. Thanks
I’m so pleased with the service at Kwik Fit Wellingborough. I can’t thank them enough. They saved my car. The level of the engine oil was too high so I was taking a risk something could to wrong with my car. They were so helpful & drained some oil out and car passed MOT.
