Thanks to all at Autoclass especially Steve, who promptly and skillfully sorted out my long standing passenger airbag warning issue on my E350 cab. This was successfully all done within an hour’s labour, including diagnostics and obtaining the necessary sort codes from MB Germany. I should have come to you first rather than the main dealer.

Would definitely recommend. I recently picked up a pre-fl W212 350 CDi which was serviced and diagnosed by Autoclass. Straightforward and thorough - as highlighted in MB forums. Prices are reasonable considering how well they know these cars.
Charging £85 as a minimum diagnostic fee for just reading the error code is unreasonable. This is not a diagnosis. When customers request a diagnostic, they expect more than just the code printed from a machine—they expect an explanation of the actual issue and an estimate for repair. Unless you carry out a full diagnostic and can identify the problem along with the likely cost, it shouldn’t be considered a diagnostic service. Telling me “the code is X” but that you don’t have time to investigate further is not a diagnosis. I can read the same code myself at home with a £10 reader. Since I was there for another issue I thought you could diagnose the problem and fix it as well but if you didn't have the time to diagnose the issue same day, you should have said so instead of sneakily adding 85£ diagnostic fee to the bill.
I have been looking for an independent Mercedes specialist who cares as much for my car as I do… and I believe I have found them. Made my first visit for an annual service on our CLS. Greeted with a smile - which is important. The price was exactly what was agreed when booking and we spoke about possible additional items I may wish to consider. If you’re in doubt, have a look at some of the eclectic Mercedes-Benz cars at the back of the workshop; some beautiful cars! I highly recommend based on my experience and will be returning. Simon Steve and the staff at Autoclass have looked after my 17 year old CLS for a little over 7 years. I have to say that I have never had anything but the very best service from them. They always do their very best to get repairs carried out without delay. As a result of their work, my car still drives as if it has just come off the production line. Just moved to MK and chose them for service and MOT as reviewers good. Car passed BUT prices high, new wiper blade was replaced needlessly, bill wrong and unlike my previous local garage car was not cleaned or vacuumed; taxi driver who took me there also had bad experiences with them
Really professional group of people. I had an issue with my car's door and they fixed it spot on. Would highly recommend them. I would however would have liked a courtesy car as I had some issues going back home after dropping the car.
Called them about a problem I had identified. They diagnosed the problem over the phone, booked it in for repair. Very efficient service on the day, easy access to a courtesy car and the price I paid was exactly as originally quoted. Would highly recommend.
