   Booking Driven Miles is so reassuring for a safe journey home. Greeted from the exit of the train station in the early hours, in the pouring rain with a professional driver holding an umbrella is priceless for female passengers. I would definitely recommend Driven Miles for all your chauffeuring needs.

   Yet again faultless service from Nick. Having tracked our flight he was waiting at the Arrivals area when we came through. He waited while we bought the obligatory bread and milk and took all our luggage to the car which was parked very near the lift so not far to walk. A pleasant journey back home and on getting there not only did he take all the luggage in for us, he even picked up (and stacked) the post which had built up while we were away. If you value excellence in customer care then Nick is the man to use!

Nick's attention to detail (spotting a flight change before our tour operator did!) and immaculate Mercedes, sets this chauffeur business apart.    Driven miles was recommended to me for our trip to Birmingham airport earlier this month. The service was excellent from booking, payment to the journey. I was kept updated throughout. Nick arrived on time in a well presented spacious and very comfortable Mercedes. He looked the part in his chauffeur uniform! Very pleasant journey and Nick engaged in friendly conversation throughout. I will definitely use his services again and happy to recommend to others.

   We can't rate them highly enough. Our daughter got married at the weekend and we needed someone we could trust to transport her grandmother, to and from the wedding venue. Her grandmother suffers from dementia so it was important we had someone who had experience dealing with this and who we all felt comfortable with. Nick didn't disappoint, diligent from start to finish and couldn't have done anything more to ease our worries. Thank you for all you did ☺️
