What a fabulous and helpful team at Castle Vehicle Servicing! Our car broke down and we needed to get home for our animals. Castle Vehicle Servicing sourced the parts, did the repair and got us underway really quickly. Brilliant service! Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at this garage. I told them that I needed to return to London, and they were extremely understanding and helpful. They completed all the work on my car within a single day without compromising on quality. When I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had also washed the exterior and cleaned the interior. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out. The staff were respectful, helpful, and provided a level of service that is hard to find. I highly recommend this garage.

Where to start…. ? READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY! After seeing previous reviews it seems like this is most definitely a dodgy dealership. Approved by AA ? That needs revising asap! Do not trust this company to return your car to you in a working condition let alone a safe one! I’ve attached pictures below of how my car was given back to me, massive oil leak plus my air con fluid all leaking out and yet that was okay? This is a long one: I took my car in for a wet-cambelt change and a water pump change on the 16th July 2025. I was told my car would be returned the same day (which I’ve since found out should have been a concern as it takes multiple hours to even drain the oil and let it dry before being able to complete the work so I should have never been told this) I then received my car back the following day after chasing up the where abouts. I drove my car about 3/4 miles for it to begin smoking profusely. I called them to tell them about this which they then asked me to return the car to the premises (17th July). I returned my vehicle and they said they had not cleaned it properly and it was old oil burning and it would be fine after a while. They then ‘washed’ it off but I didn’t trust this as I could tell something was still wrong so took it to another garage who lifted my car up and I then went to inspect my own car to see a massive oil leak caused by them due to not putting my car back together properly. There was pipes out of place , air con fluid all congealed and dripping and the work just looked a mess. I then called them up again to tell them the issue I found so I then had to drive back for them to fix the car. Granted they offered me a courtesy car after I told them it was their mistake and it’s now going to be nearly 3 days I’ve not had my car so they needed to rectify it somehow. Car gets returned to my work place on the 18th. At first it starts to run fine but I started to notice some issues with the temperature being a bit all over the place. Due to work commitments and ill health I wasn’t able to bring it in straight away but the when the temperature light came on I knew yet again there was something not quite right. I called them and took my car back to which them explained what was wrong with my car. Now when the AA arrived I told them I’d had my wet belt and water pump done recently to which he said my water pump hadn’t been changed by the looks of things as it’s rusted. (It wouldn’t have rusted in that short of a period of time) as they had suggested I took it to another garage for a second opinion who have now ran a full test and can see yes my gasket has gone caused by a water leak AT MY WATER PUMP THEY DIDNT CHANGE!!! Please explain to me how you can charge me for a part that you never changed just quite clearly worked around which has in turn caused my head gasket to blow? This is very much the companies mistake which needs to be rectified as soon as possible, and to leave someone with a car so poorly put back together is absolutely dangerous! I have emailed these images and addressed my concerns but I feel if I do not warn people to avoid this company they will be in the same position I am now currently in. Stay safe and speak up when people commit fraud! Also do not respond to this and say I was ever rude to staff or how helpful you have been and how I used the car because how you can think I did 2000+ miles in a month is not correct nor have I ever once been rude or raised my voice to any member of staff I’ve been very calm throughout this whole ordeal which is ironic considering the disgusting service I have received! - update pretty sure this company & the AA are under some sort of weird relationship to screw us over should we find out their work isn’t being done legitimately…

I recently had my 2019 Bullitt Mustang serviced and two new front tyres fitted. From the moment they collected my car at home through the entire process Castle Vehicle Servicing were extremely professional and thorough. The car was returned to my home by Doug washed, serviced and ready to go which was so convenient and such great service during my busy work. They were great on price and really looked after me. I will definitely be sending the car to them again.

Used these guys as needed an emergency repair, regret it entirely. After seemingly replacing my belt and flushing the oil from the system i was still having mechanical issues with ignition and engine vibrations, booked back in only to be told i needed a software update and it was the software causing these issues. This sounded a load of rubbish and when i went to the peugeot dealership they basically laughed at me. Ends up being that castle servicing over filled my oil costing me money to sort. I then kept on experiencing engine failure and turns out the engine needed flushing as not done correctly the first time. I requested a partial refund from castle servicing as they have sent me elsewhere for something that they should have sorted themselves as part of the initial service, they required photo evidence which luckily the dealership were able to provide but then castle servicing went silent on me. Had no response for several weeks and after chasing twice got my partial refund.

Carried out the A service on my Mercedes. After many failed attempts to book in with a main dealer Lee was able to fit me in, with some extra work I needed doing to the car. Car was ready for pick up at the agreed time and washed off - which was a really nice touch and really appreciated. Would highly recommend Lee and the whole Castle team. Thank you

I took my elderly mums vehicle in to be checked for her as it didn’t sound right to me, Castle were great and completely honest with me. The vehicle is old so I was expecting it to cost a lot, but they sent me on my way as they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Honesty is the best policy and I will be using them for all my vehicle needs from now on as I know I can trust them. This was a few months ago now and my mums car is still working perfectly…
