   Been 3 times now with 2 different cars. Had previously been 10+ years with a wonderful mechanic in Bletchley, who had looked after me like family, but it's getting expensive to drop my car there and taxi back, so I have been looking for a nearer garage that gives the same level of honest service. Although the reasons I have needed a garage have been expensive ones, I have checked with my car's enthusiast group afterwards and hundreds of replies say the prices are fair. All the work is completed quickly and communication is timely, with phone calls to tell you the price before they start, and again when it's done. They've never added anything unnecessary to the job. I am happy with the service so far.

   First time taking my car for an MOT this year and had to keep calling to check how long it would take. Left car at 9:30, had to call at 4 for a third time to check on it. On arrival, staff members were smoking at the back, no cars on the premises, just mine left on a side. Awful customer services, will never book with them again.

   I have used Fastfit twice in the past month - once for an MOT and once for the replacement of tyres. On both occasions the service has been excellent - professional, courteous and friendly.    I booked for a MOT and service on Friday for today(11/10/2021) with curtesy car at Fastfit station in Wolverton. I popped in to drop my car this morning and found out that booking was cancelled due to no curtesy car was available and was told that "someone" sent me an email regarding this but, I did not check my email from Friday as there was no emails from Fastfit station except the confirmation email. Other people might think what they have done was reasonable; but for me, it was disappointing and when I was told simply that my appointment was cancelled, Made me angry. I arranged this in order to a long journey for work tomorrow but, have to cancel the programme.

   Great Service. I rang with my issue and they said they'd squeeze me in that day, diagnosed the issue and the guys had to order a part in sosI took my car back the next day. They kept me informed throughout on the progress of the work being done with the start time and expected completion time. I feel the guys went above and beyond to assist, absolutely flawless customer service. Highly recommend this garage, they'll look after you and your car.
