   My first time to use this garage Took my car here for MOT and full service, which was reasonable price, unfortunately it failed the MOT, the work needed to pass it was again reasonably priced, they got the car fixed and I collected later that day. Would highly recommend them. Nas the owner and his staff were friendly. The taxi guy that brought me there to collect my car told me used them also and that they were very competitive with their pricing. I will definitely use them in the future.

   Very easy to book online, did my full service, timing belt kit, water pump and rear break disk and pads. Very efficient and accommodating, honest mechanic and will use from now on. I initially fitted third party parts for the timing belt which the car did not like, went back to the garage and they replaced it with OEM parts and no issues. So be mindful if you ask for specific parts, be clear in communication, if you want OEM parts state so before proceeding with works. The mechanic will advice which are okay to go with third party and which are better to stick with original.

   Quite honestly an awful experience. My husband and I dropped our car off at 9:15am on Saturday for a service and MOT. We hung around the town hoping it would be early to mid afternoon that it was finished. I called them at 1:00pm to see if it was nearly done to work out if we continued to hang around or go back home (20 minutes from Bedford). They said they’d completed the service and they were doing the MOT and there was two failures. We asked them to complete the work and he said he was closing at 3:00pm so would probably not finish the work and it would be ready on the Monday. I then asked if we could leave the car there for the week as we were going on holiday on the Monday. He then said they’d try to complete the work on the Saturday. To pass some time, we took our baby to soft play and shortly after we got there they called my husband to say they couldn’t find the locking wheel knut to take the wheel off and complete the work. My husband explained that he left it on the passenger seat with the service book but they insisted it was not there and that he needed to go and find it. He could not find it anywhere so left thinking they’d have to drill the bolts out (which couldn’t be done until Monday). On the way home, they called us to say they’d found the locking wheel knut in a carrier bag in the car (they did not ask permission to go through any bags in the car). This is 100% not where my husband left it. They said they’d completed try to get to work finished that day again (Saturday) but shortly after this we received another call saying they had the wrong part and we could collect the car on Monday. Monday comes and we receive a message to say the car is done so we go to collect it and when we pulled up our car was nowhere to be seen. I thought my husband was taking a long time inside to pay. When he came out empty handed, he explained that not only had they lost our car key, they’d also misplaced the actual car too. They located the car and keys and we collected it. They were totally unreliable and misplaced/lost many things including the actual car! I definitely would not be recommending this garage and will not be using it again.

   The best garage I have been to in so long. Really friendly, had time to fit my car repairs in, explained all issues fully, gave me updates along the way, charged a really reasonable price for all repairs, spoke to me like they cared and were not impatient at all (like some garages can be when they don’t want to explain car issues). Would highly recommend to anyone!

   Took our L200 into Nas at short notice because our brakes were squeaking after having been let down by other garages. He couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, managed to fit a set of new brakes for us that morning with such a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

   Worst garage ever. The owners are rude and have disgusting behaviour. The old man there is pathetic and doesn’t know how to talk. His parents definitely failed to raise him well. I left the garage because of his pathetic and disgraceful behaviour.
