   I have been going to Hatters for almost 2 years for any mechanical or bodywork since I purchased my first vehicle. What can I say, they have always looked after me, always been transparent and provided excellent customer service. They are efficient and trustworthy and I have personally recommended them to family, friends, coworkers who might need help with their cars or purchasing a new vehicle.    Update: I called back for an invoice as they said they were going to send it when i left even though they didnt and i called up. for it to be abused and shouted ober the phone and they saif they not going to send it, doesnt this sum up how they will. Act when buying a car from them or claiming warranty repair, i will stand by my words these guys are crooks and i will not be deleting my review until. I am partially compensated or told what i was billed for and why heating diagnostics was performed and why my fuel filter housing was damaged. ------- Absolute con men, Stay clear of this place everybody dodgy men that run this dealership so stay clear if you are either buying a car or servicing your car here. I had a honda crv booked in for a full service and heating issue. They mechanic detroyed the fuel filter housing and tried to make it my fault and charged me for it and then had to order a key to remove the filter which they billed me for too, car was there for over a week and i booked it in for Thursday and they started work on Monday and thats when they messed my car up, im now £250 down and guess what they didnt even fix my heating issue too, i will be taking legal action against these guys for my money back. Do not buy a car as they are dishonest and most likely will sell you a lemon or service your car here.

   Very Very expensive car repair garage, unaffordable. If you are millionaire maybe you can go there otherwise please don't go there. Recently they give me a quote, I done it less than half price by other garage.

   This is a great place for your MOT services. Ive been a customer for 3 years now and they never fail to impress me. MOT is a good price and they are flexible if your car doesn’t pass and you need to get something fixed. It was a hot day today as well and multiple members of staff offer water bottles. Really suggest if you are a car owner to start going here.

   I can't thank Hatters enough for the excellent service they have provided for me. I bought my car with them 6months ago and I had an accident last week so brought the car back to be fixed. Everything was sorted swiftly and Joanna was so comforting and reassuring to me and even left the keys up to my work after as I struggled to get down before closing. She is a real asset to the team! Its great to have found a car garage i can trust.

   Fantastic service! My Front Offside Door latch was faulty and I couldn't open the door. I was greeted friendly when I came in and was given a professional service by Zak and Simon. They gave a good prices for an inspection and charged honestly with replacing the door. The door was impossible to open. However they opened it without any scratches whatsoever. I don't know how they do it. Service is fast and cost effective and you will get a feeling that you have priority despite h I will definitely come back again!
