Breakfast sandwich was a rip off! £7 for 1 & 1/4 sausage, bacon underdone and egg was more like an omelette. What a scam! Then had to tell them about 5 times I don’t want any sauce for them to still try and put sauce on my sandwich
Had a delicious lunch from here today as Friday treat. We both had paninis which were made with care and attention. Absolutely delicious and really nice service. We will definitely be back for more. Oh and the spicy sausage rolls and fantastic!!
1 star is not low enough. The owner tried to overcharge me which from reading the reviews I can see is a common occurrence. I ordered a sandwich which was clearly marked as £3.50 on the board. He presented me the card machine which had £4.70 on it! I stated that it says on the board £3.50 so he then turns around to read the board himself to confirm this, apologizes, and goes to amend the price on the card machine. He then presents the card machine again, which now shows £4.20! I again stated that it says £3.50 on the board, he tries telling me that he told me initially that the baguette makes it more expensive, which he definitively didn't, and if he did then he definitely made sure to very quietly say it under his breath! He then has the audacity to say 'I don't know why you're arguing with over prices that are pre-historic to be honest!'. At this point I was lost for words, he is essentially saying that I shouldn't be questioning the prices because the prices on the board are old. How on earth was I supposed to know they were old prices? and more importantly, if they are old prices, why are they still on the board?! It makes me uncomfortable to know that there is a business in our community that is trying to rip people off.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Murray's in Alderley Edge, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The food at Murray's was absolutely fantastic. One standout dish that I highly recommend is the there home made soup The service at Murray's was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring that every need was met. They were also able to offer great recommendations when it came to pairing wines with our meal, further enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Murray's in Alderley Edge enough. The combination of amazing food, excellent service, and inviting ambiance makes it a top-notch dining destination. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a delicious meal, Murray's is the place to go.
Been going here for so long. The owners are really friendly and chatty and always make me feel welcome. Food has always been tasty and made with great quality ingredients. Will definitely keep coming back!
Great sandwich shop and nice staff
Bought 2 white baguettes one with egg mayo and the other with egg mayo and cheese. I asked for a little more cheese than the pinch he put on, he charged me for 3 portions. Where the initial portion was a few small bits of grated cheese. .. Ridiculous.! Less than half an egg in total. On each baguette. A total rip off. Had 2 bottles of pop and a small bar of chocolate. Total £12.30 I will never go back, the cost, the portion size and the fact of just feeling like I'm being made a mug of makes the place a complete rip off. Do not go! I wouldn't even give 1 star. Terrible, even the female server couldn't believe that I was being over charged.
We place an order for work every Friday and have never been disappointed. All sandwiches are made fresh to order and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!

Shots hole, can't evenue make a bacon and sausage bar, , chopped up bacon and sausage and warmed up under the grill, then tried scraping it off the tinfoil in front of me,,,!!! Told him not to bother and walked out...!
