Usually this place is 10/10 and the triple cooked chips are amazing But tonight really let down Chips were only partially cooked and still abit hard on the inside like they hadn't been boiled before been deepnfried Massively disappointed as usually love them Especially when there £4 for a portion

I ve never had a bad experience from this place before always been 5 stars but after today will be not ordering again appreciate there maybe mistakes but tonget hung up on and they way then gentleman spoke was disgusting ordered 2 Sunday lunch lamd and chicken fast delivery open the containers to find there was no meat in either spoke to restraunt when a gentleman came on the phone and told me there's deffenlty meat there and for me to look harder and hung up the phone so I looked harder and still no meat on there will not be ordering again shame as was really good before this such bad customer service

Extremely pleased with the service and the food from Carly’s Cafe today. I had a bacon and egg bap and it tasted gorgeous ! It was part of a delivery to my workplace and the driver adhered to the social distance policy that is in place. The food was packaged really well as my past experiences have resulted in the bap arriving and being sweaty as if it has been sitting for a while before being delivered . The menu is extremely good and it was hard to make a decision of what to have. I would highly recommend Carly’s cafe and will definitely be using this cafe again.
