   Staff rude, food cold, tables dirty as well as knife and forks. Over priced as well. Really was a good place to eat. Road kill would taste better.

   The absolute worst, dirtiest and scuttiest place I've ever eaten. To start off with, the table number was dirty and had sauce on. I picked up 8 mugs before I found a clean one. There is like a decade or more of GRIME on literally everything. You could have a cleaner make this place shine with a 2 day intensive cleaning, but no. It's clearly never cleaned. This isn't the kind of grime that builds up if it's EVER cleaned. It's NEVER cleaned. The wall trim is dirty. The tables are dirty. The rails are dirty for the trays. tHE TRAYS are CAKED in grime. This is the most sad and pathetic public eating space I have ever seen and I haven't even talked about the food. Whoever manages this cafe ought to be sacked and publicly shamed for their complete lack of humanity. The food is utter shlt. For example I ordered a bacon bap. The bacon was grey, discoloured and COLD. This was shortly after they opened on a Sunday morning. How do you do that? Serve off colour grey bacon that's cold? I have it back and received a lovely soggy microwaved replacement. Microwaved bacon. Shut this place down. Morrisons big wigs if you are reading this, this cafe is a shame on the company, it's a shame on Newcastle.

   Had the worst breakfast here today . Toast was shallow and dry, no texture. Staff were extremely rude and horrible. All the cutlery were beyond disgusting. Scrambled Egg looked like mashed potato. Do yourself a favour and scramble out of here. Worst breakfast experience of my life. HOW CAN YOU MESS UP BREAKFAST. WHY IS THE MILK NOT IN A GLASS AND IN A PLASTIC PEPSI CUP. Thank you Morrisons mate outdone yourselves

   The WORST all round Morrisons cafe ever visited. Only 1 member of staff on the till, aswell as clearing, serving food, cleaning tables, caused long delays, customers not happy. Every table uncleared and dirty. Huge length of time for food. Wrong meal delivered a roast dinner after 40 minutes, took back and another wait for the correct meal chicken and chips.. but SHOCKING discovery they were shamed!! They scrapped off the wrong meal and put the correct meal on the same plate leaving evidence of the other meal UNDER the chicken of the 2nd meal. Didnt realise at first until started, then lifted up the chicken leg to see food from the previous meal UNDER IT!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING NEVER EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT! Reported!!!

   Run down. Dirty. Messy. Caotic service. No staff. Shambles. Hygiene terrible. Wouldn,t eat here again, everyone pretty much felt the same!!! Dirty presented staff offputting, no service, a joke, lost for words how bad, nitemare visit, wished Id never gone here but last time will!! Felt sick after eating here.

   Great cafe in Stoke on Trent!! Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Ordered on a machine. Good food portions and we went in half term when there was an offer that kids eat free for adult meals over £4.99

   I had fish and chips,the chips were stone cold and looked like they were left overs from someone else's leftover meal the cook said he'd turned the fryer off early and he thought they would be alright they weren't alright disgusting at £6.50 a go had to get a refund no stars for this.Had to give one star to post.

   I ordered the small breakfast which was £3.75. 1 bacon, 1 sausage, 1 fried egg, 1/2 tomato, 1 hash brown and beans. Served with 2 slices of toast & a mug of white coffee For £1.60. I'd just sat down and 2 mins later my breakfast was on the table piping hot and everything was spot on. Can't fault it. Definitely good value for money.
