I ordered once and it will for sure be the last time. I ordered a breakfast with extra items on it. The breakfast came with lashings of brown sauce which I had not ordered for it to be all over my breakfast. I could not eat as I have dietary requirements/allergys and when I told the lady who delivered it because she had an Imex top on she said she would be straight back with my order. Over an hour later I called and spoke to a lady verbally over the phone and she was very rude and told me I was in the wrong and did not accept liability and told me it was my fault. I will order from Hole in the Wall instead at least they have good breakfast and good customer service. I would not recommend Imex again. Disgusting behaviour and food.
