   Order a takeaway L size of cappuccino, I bring that home and see what I got, the coffee is not even half of the L size of cup. Is that normal? Truly disappointed as the L size is way more expensive.

   I always choose Costa because it means quality coffee no matter which branch you go. This one is below the standard. The flat white is so watery and no coffee. Maybe it's not grinded properly?!

   Usually OK, but paid & just turned up to collect 2 too good to go bags alongside others who had done so. To staff closing who started that they have none & don't even do them! Which sends odd as they'd have to register on the site & they also have reviews on there.
