Once again the team were brilliant.. from reception to the surgery they were all attentive and helpful. Consistently year after year I have had the most pleasant experience at this dental practice.
Without a doubt the best dentist ever. I’m a very nervous and scared patient when it comes to dentist work. The entire team went above and beyond to help me relax, keep calm and took their time. Didn’t feel rushed or pushed out the door to get the next patient in. Thank you to all.
I had called in urgently for my mum as I was going away and needed a appointment desperately as my mother was in so much pain Rihanon at reception understood the emergency had my mum booked in on the same day I’ll always be grateful for her understanding and making it easy and simple for me as I was already stressed out trying to find a appointment all morning but she helped me out listening to the situation immediately my mum had been treated and now she’s much better thank you to Rihanon I hope I’ve spelled your name correctly will remember your kindness and professionalism. I wish more receptionists would be as understanding and supportive like you.
Can’t fault the service here. Got an emergency appointment and was seen and received temporary treatment within 3 hours. Given the fact I am not registered there - it was fairly priced. Everyone was friendly and kind. I explained that I was an anxious person with the dentist and he was amazing. Went through everything with me.
Bedford House is a fabulous dental practice. The staff are very friendly and professional. You get very useful reminders about your appointments and they are always very flexible if you have to rearrange. Hamish is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet and a very professional dentist.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - EXTREMELY RUDE DENTIST LOUISE - AVOID! I went to Bedford House Dental Practice on Wednesday 15th February 2023 for an emergency appointment. I was given a form to fill in and half way through the form I made the mistake of asking the dentist LOUISE a question regarding the form to which she aggressively replied “well obviously!!”. She then asked me what the emergency was and as I was explaining she rudely interrupted and again aggressively said “I haven’t got time for your life problems” and wanted me to tell her one emergency. I’m sorry LOUISE I was not aware of your one emergency policy and I was in so much pain I couldn’t decide which part of my mouth required urgent attention. I’m surely people don’t just stroll in to a dentist for leisure, they attend due to a problem, usually a painful one so at the very least they should be met with a little more compassion than LOUISE at Bedford Dental House Practice provides. This place is shocking! The dentist LOUISE is shocking for a medical professional and needs to learn how to treat people before treating their mouths and needs to fix her own attitude before fixing anyone else’s teeth! Save your time, energy and money.
I was given an emergency {evening} appointment with a dentist within just a few hours from calling. The dentist was very gentle & explained everything clearly. All staff were friendly & professional. Thank you for seeing me so quickly & sorting out my extreme pain. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service! Dentist Hamish was professional, knowledgable and really put me at my ease. I’ve been with the practice a number of years, but this was by far the best dentist I’ve seen.
If I could give no stars I would, tho the survice was quick I was very upset with the lack of respect and unprofessionalism, as soon as I walked the recipients were very rude and unhelpful. The dentist I had was very rude and didn't treat me with any care. He stabbed me in the lip with one of the injections and didn't even acknowledge it even after I pointed it out. His assistant was completely unprofessional laughing at my x-ray and situation to herself under her breath and made little noises to mock me and make me uncomfortable.
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sadia, throughout my treatment, she was professional, constantly explained what was going on, and maintained an open-door policy in case anything went wrong or if I had any questions. She also went above and above to make sure I had the greatest resources so my treatment wouldn't be delayed! the 5 stars are for DR SADIA.
