This is a good practice which I have been more than happy with since it first came to Adelaide Square . However, the real strength of any organisation is having the ability and desire to put things right when they've gone awry. This business has that in spades. After an uncomfortable, long and painful crown prep in which the temporary crown fell off after 4 days, I was fitted in with 24 hours notice and repairs were fully and successfully achieved. Confidence has been restored and I look forward to the fitting session in a fortnight. Well done team!! Special thanks to the new kid, CH picking up some of Nae's workload. Amazing dentist. From the minute I walked in. Joan at reception was so nice and welcoming. Chris and his assistant were amazing. I came in pain and left feeling like a new women. Finally found a denisit willing to help
The new dentist Christopher is excellent. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he was seeing during my routine check up. He gave excellent advice for taking care of my teeth. He is a fantastic addition to the team at Adelaide Square.

Dental technician excellent support in the assistance of the Dentist. Dentist: Mrs N.Waterfall. Excellent, very knowledgeable of dental procedures. Caring and supportive of clients needs. In-depth explanation of work to be carried out. = Excellent in all areas of dentistry. This is a practice that is highly recommended.
Normally, one does not have a good time in a dental practice, but yesterday I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment. What made my first visit so special was the friendly way I was received, and then the impressive machine which took a 3D picture of my jaw. When I saw the picture, I couldn't believe that the inside of my mouth looked like that - so detailed and vulnerably human, that I would like to get the picture to frame and hang on the wall in my living room. Thank you, Nae and Tom, for being so patient and so kind to a grandmother. .
