   I rang up this morning as id woken up to a lost filling and of course in the Christmas rush there wasn’t any spaces. I spoke to the loveliest receptionist lady on the phone who could hear I was really upset and said she would speak to the dentist and call me back. Within half an hour she’d rang me back and they’d managed to fit me in this morning! I had a different dentist to usual called Praveena (apologies for spelling), explained I was nervous and she was so kind, understanding and super quick! She explained everything step by step and everything was resolved within 10-15 minutes. The dental nurse was lovely too! I always have a great experience here and they have really helped with my fear of the dentist in the last few years. A huge thank you to all involved, massively appreciated!

   Very pleased to have Varun Chaudhary as my dentist. He provides clear, patient focussed advice and excellent treatment in a manner that has helped me overcome my previous phobia of visits to the dentist. Also credit to the dental nurses and receptionists who help to make visits to the practice a smooth and positive experience

   I have no issues with my dental care but the receptionist was not helpful. I told her the text message link to complete the forms on line was not working. She was not interested. I complained that I could have done these at home and that something needed to be done to fix the problem. She still made no comment that she would attend to this. As it was, the dental nurse had to wait for me to finish completing my forms. This problem was impacting on the efficiency of the appointment system for the practice. In the end I told my dentist who thanked me for the feed back and said she would address the problem with the reception staff. This is not something the dentist should have to be dealing with.

   Good patient care from reception to dental surgery. No preasure selling or unnecessary treatments are employed here so you can be confident of great experience. My dentist was gentle with his tools and inflicted no pain making him an ideal dentist for a nervious or sensitive patients

   I’ll be honest as I always try to be when leaving reflections of services. My experience at Wellingborough dental surgery, I have been registered here since 2020. I have since added 2 children to the registration. My / our visit is like a box of chocolates, I don’t know what kind of experience I am going to get. My dentist PG is always consistently welcoming and helpful. The reception team are difficult to communicate with. They aren’t that approachable and sometimes don’t make eye contact or smile! I find it really difficult most times to gauge as there always seems to be an atmosphere when you approach the desk. I understand it is a busy role and some customers might not be the easiest. I must also mention today’s experience of the dental assistant. Previously my children have resisted their check ups due to feeling told off or uncomfortable and the assistants to the dentist have not always been the most child friendly. Today’s experience was outstanding in that regard The assistant immediately communicated with the children. She made them glove balloons whilst in the chair getting their check ups- and called them by their names, made them laugh and actually enjoy the experience. As now a single parent as their dad took his own life last year, these experiences can and have been really stressful on my own. Thank you so much for the ease and enjoyment today. The boys are still bouncing their gloves around as I type. More of this please!!!!

   I was always terrified of dentist.4 years ago I changed dentist to Hanji Dental Surgery Wellingborough, and I'm not scared anymore!!! Everyone is so nice , accommodating, helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery. Dentist is great with tooth removal, root canals ,cleaning, everything!!! My whole family is using this dentist and we're always leaving with a smile. Thank you to everyone who is working there!!!!

   Very helpful staff. My new Dentist is Andreas and he is brilliant. I'm very anxious about hoing to the dentist but he is very reassuring and patient. I would honestly recommend Andreas to anyone. From what I have personally experienced all the staff are kind, helpful, professional and really good at what they do. This is honestly a great dental practice suitable for anyone. Don't pay too much attention to the bad reviews, I find these are written when people are having a bad day. Great practice, great staff and great service!

   Have been to this dentist a few times. Dentist Teodora and nurse Alexandra have always been very kind and helpful, especially with recommended aftercare. I have quite bad anxiety, especially in the dentist. They've always dealt with me with genuine care, kindness and patience. Improved my general confidence. Thank you.
