   Reception staff appear quite abrupt on the phone, taking your money over the phone before moving onto their next caller. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist said the charge for my checkup had increased since I paid over the phone and demanded I paid the extra before my examination. They are a very money driven practice. Prior to this appointment I was required to complete a questionnaire about my dental health and what I would like from dental treatment at the practice. This questionnaire was never referred to during my visits to the practice The building itself is quite shabby, in need of modernisation, and during my checkup the dentist was asked to move his car as his 2 hour parking had expired. Overall they give the impression of stressed and overworked staff that values your money above anything else. I gave 2 stars instead of one as I did get a decent filling from them.

   My dentist at 'mydentist' is Shien-Yen Lin and both him and his assistant, who i wish i knew the name of is absolutely fantastic. They are positive and very supportive. I am so pleased I moved to 'mydentist' after really poor care elsewhere during my pregnancy. They have been so attentive and kept me at ease during every appointment. Highly recommend.

   Brilliant service, I’m quite an anxious person going to the dentist after my last practice I had an anxiety attack and they pinned my head down, the dentist I had since coming here has been foot perfect went through the process and procedures amazingly prescribed me what I need for my dental hygiene care and the lady who did the X-rays/scans of my teeth to get a denture fitted was amazing and looked after me. I got my denture fitted today after losing a tooth a few years back to a nasty infection that went to the roots. I can finally feel confident in myself smile again

   Fantastic service. Receptionists were both extremely professional, kind and helpful. Also both the Dentist and his assistant treated me with respect, kindness and were very communicative. My treatment was just a filling however before the Dentist did anything he asked if I wanted numbing and made sure I was ok with every part of the procedure.

   I’ve been a patient here for over 40 years. Dentists come and go, but the treatment I’ve had has always been excellent. I’ve always been a nervous patient, but Eva has always made me feel at ease. Also being an older patient, the treatment has always remained the same.

   13 minutes late, lost appointment and £40 due to unavoidable circumstances. Ask to rebook and get told it will be another £40. Great business model by taking money from people in this climate

   My dentist is awesome. I used to be terrified of dental appointments but two successive wonderful dentists at this practice have put me completely at ease. At my check up and minor procedure yesterday she was unrushed, explained everything she was doing and spoke up and clearly so I could hear her through her mask as I have some hearing loss. They also accommodate my mobility difficulties by seeing me downstairs.

   I have been with the same dentist for my whole life, but decided to change to one closer to home. I was quite nervous but was greeted by a lovely dental nurse, Connie and then introduced to my new dentist, Rachael. I was instantly put at ease and felt very comfortable. Everything was explained and the treatment was explained. I am so glad to have made the move to mydentist!

   I have to say My Dentist have been brilliant, I wasn't too happy with the first partial denture that came back but Corina took more impressions and sent off for another one which was miles better. She took so much time with me making sure it fitted well and I was happy with the end result. She even gave me the confidence to have a filling with no anaesthetic! It was painless :) As a complete chicken, I can highly recommend Corina and her staff.
