   Worst experience ever. I was referred to this clinic by the NHS. In my referral, I clearly explained that I have a tooth with a crown fitted two years ago, that I had discomfort for over a year, mild pain for three months, and severe pain in the last two weeks to the point where I am unable to sleep. They accepted my referral and charged me £27.40. After this, the dentist informed me that the clinic is private. When I asked about treatment, I was only prescribed antibiotics and told that proper treatment would cost over £700. I was then advised to find an NHS dentist instead. Being charged and then turned away while in severe pain was extremely distressing. The dentist’s behaviour and lack of empathy hurt more than my tooth pain itself. Why was my referral accepted if the clinic could not provide NHS treatment? Why was I not informed during the phone call or before being charged that I would need to find an NHS dentist elsewhere?

   What an utter terrible dental practice and very bad experience received at this dental practice. The dentist guy there very rude and abrupt, no empathy and no reassurance whatsoever. I attended last week with a throbbing toothache and headaches and seeking an extraction. By the way, l am already registered at a private dental practice about 10 miles away where l pay £270 every time l go but this time l had called 111 because l needed an emergency for an extraction. This dentist didn’t know me or my history and paying wasn’t really an issue for me. I got there, lovely young receptionist but this dentist, a middle aged dentist very rude. When l told him my history of bleeding and asked if l could get stitches, he simply dismissed me. Hello sir, you don’t know me or my history and I’m telling you I have a bleeding issue after every extraction and the orthodontist at the hospital advised me to always have stitches soon after and you are here completely dismissing me and telling me to go for private then. I don’t want to go private l want you to listen at least and not be too short with patients who are actually paying even though it’s NHS but we’re still paying. I left with antibiotics and was told to return after a week. I went back today only to be rudely told to go to a specialist if I was scared. Excuse me, who isn’t scared of needles or screwdriver going into their gum for extraction? He was very patronising, talking down on me. I then told him that l want to leave as I didn’t feel comfortable having a man being cross and angry at me because I’m telling him my anxieties. And guess what, this man asked me to pay saying he has seen me. I challenged him saying how has he seen me and what did he actually do as I was just there for 2 mins and had only been told to open my mouth. He then angrily said don’t come back to this dental surgery as I won’t see you. Hello, who wants to come back to this abuse? My wife also went this morning and complained about how rude this dentist is, he didn’t even ask questions but went on to do filling without giving her a warning and no anaesthetic or numbing gel, who does that, like really. I’m very disappointed with this Dentist and he needs to go back to study public relations and not take out his personal frustration on patients. This is wrong, this is unfair and unacceptable behaviour and treatment.

   I came here as an NHS patient as was desperate for treatment. I couldn't get a dentist anywhere and while I'm grateful I've had treatment it's been a hard pill to swallow, just to get some work done. Firstly, this place is ran poorly. It's so full & busy, I often would come and no seats left, people have long wait times and I had a few visits where he would start me in one room then go into another & do some on another patient then come back etc. I would be left mouth open, door open, no dignity just left. On many occasions I left bleeding. Rarely offered a swill or tissue. The guys work is actually really good when he comitts. But I think the fact I was nhs I was treated different for sure. I was always told how my teeth trouble are my fault too much sugar bla bla, without knowing a single thing about my life, family history etc. I was scoffed and laughed at when I asked how much an implant would be, like you can't afford it. Good dentist but rude, insensitive, unempathetic guy that made me feel like crap every time I left and dreading going again, but stuck with no choice as no nhs dentists left. Went yesterday and he tells me at the end of my treatment, to which I was bleeding - no swill or tissue etc, they're private now. Find a new dentist. They only do nhs emergencies. Well great! Thanks for giving me so much notice and let me know now I have to start all over again and could be without work for god knows how long. The guy must have known he was going to be doing that, couldn't you have sent an email to your patients so they can start looking out of Curtesy. Just a selfish guy in it for the money. Reception staff/dental nurses get treated like crap feel sorry for them. Shouting 'Courtney' through the surgery, she's only a young girl on pittance. Don't know how she does it. They're the only ones in that surgery that are kind. Sure he will treat you private ones better because they're paying more. Like I say appreciate the work that's been done don't appreciate how you've made me feel or how you work. Never been to a dentist like it! And hope not to ever again.

   From the very first phone call to the end of treatment, they have been warm, friendly, and the treatment was painless. After 3 years of having no NHS dentist I was grateful to have found somewhere. I needed quite a bit of work done and they fitted me in quickly.. they're a nice team.    Half way there: Had my first session for implants with dental perfection yesterday. Arrived home with expectations of a sore /painful mouth for about a week. To my surprise I awoke this morning with no pain and only a slight soreness. Got up did my getting up routine and then did laundry and went off to shopping. Really delighted with the care and attention also skill and knowledge of the team. This was just the first step but feel confident that the rest of the treatment will be just as good. No hesitation in awarding full marks and a recommendation to Dental perfection for anyone thinking of taking this step. Gerry

   I began my Invisalign journey with a consultation at dental perfection. I was happy with what was suggested in terms of what would be best to achieve the result I wanted. A couple weeks later I had my aligners and I was ready to go! Every 4 weeks I had my check in and everything went very smoothly with a very friendly team with the main man, Pramod Sabharwal. The biggest bonus was I could visit either practice for my appointments. My treatment was complete in approx 4 months! The biggest thanks goes to Courtney who was always at the end of the phone to sort out any queries and my extra appointments for me.
