   I have had in the past good treatment. Friendly, polite staff. Problem is a lot of the dentists I get only stay a few months. One fitted me with a denture and tooth broke off after only 7 months. This has left me with no front tooth. It keeps being repaired. I don't wear it. I don't trust it. I've lost my money. I thought I'd get some wear out of it. Total waste of money. NHS patient.

   Jackie and assistant and Vita, thanks for the wonderful professional service, once again As always I have just received wonderful personalised service at this fantastic dental practice! Once again I was seen and had finished my appointment, BEFORE my appointment time even arrived! ---- Recently my assistance hound tried my dentures on for size; she didn't like the fit so chewed them up... Jacqueline sorted out the impressions for a replacement on the first visit today (I only rang yesterday!); new dentures are in progress! Wonderful professional prompt service. Highly recommended. ----- Sally assistance hound and I made welcome here, always! Wonderful friendly professional service. Asa my dentist retired; I didn't loose out though, and was transferred to Jacqueline (and Kelsey) who turned out to be friendly, professional, kept me well informed and listened to everything I had to say. The Northfield Dental Practice is open on weekends and bank holidays too. If you can get through on the phone early enough, they have emergency appointments available everyday. Parking can be an issue if you are a driver. (Park in the Newland Centre carpark and walk over?)

   Absolutely terrible, a four year endeavour where I'm genuinely in a worse position, in June I had requested the removal of two front teeth and many fillings so the dentist checked my mouth and said book an appointment, august comes and my appointments late AGAIN so we only have time to remove the teeth, I say what about fillings and my reply was not enough time go get an appointment for them, SO I DO ( I let the dentist and the front desk know I have over 5 fillings that were urgent) and it gets cancelled TWICE first by the dentist then by me and when I finally do get an appointment in November, ITS 30 MINS LATE AGAIN (not even going to mention the poor old lady who was 45 mins late too only to find out she wasn't signed in), he looks in my mouth, looks at my trashed teeth for the 20th time and said go get an appointment sorted for fillings. and if you try to tell them that they will accuse you of being rude and combative because you don't sit on the desk eyes down just agreeing with them, its a shambles, and that's not mentioning my old dentist Sadiq who only flirted with his assistant and lied saying he would try to refer me to Manchester back in 2023 or my female dentist who refused to remove a broken tooth that the next dentist said NEEDED urgent removal, the only redeeming part of the entire dentist is the lovely people behind the desk who seem like they actually care and have to shift through the dentist bull all day

   What can just say? Fantastic experience. Very little discomfort with my deep clean. A must visit if you haven't already. Lovely dentist, very kind and very gentle. 5 stars plus from me. Go and feel cleaner!

   I have been struggling with severe pain in a rotting tooth for weeks. After trying all of my local dentists for an emergency appointment and failing, my partner called Northfield this morning and got me an appointment. I saw Dr Alawsi and I’m glad I did. He was extremely polite and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and listened extremely well too. He extracted the tooth with no issues and made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole procedure. I highly recommend him!

   My husband had a problem with the dentist and after calling to complain was told that the practise manager would call him back, we still had no call back so called again and asked for the head office number which they told him they didn’t know. This dentists don’t help you and don’t care and the customer service is non existent.

   Due to dental pain, I had to attend the practice on the day oh Her Majesty’s funeral. The receptionist was lovely, polite and caring on the phone as well as in person. My dentist was the BEST I have ever met, understanding, caring and thorough. Did an absolutely fabulous job and I genuinely can’t thank him enough for his help! I can’t recommend this practice enough ❤️

   Phoned Northfield Dental practice at 8am this morning to see if I could get an emergency nhs appointment for severe toothache from a broken tooth that was giving me so much pain and sleepness nights. The receptionist was very pleasant and understanding and I was so grateful when she gave me an appointment for 2pm. Attended practice and was seen by Dentist Fahad and his assistant who made me feel less anxious and at ease from start to finish on my treatment I received explaining the whole procedure at the removal of the offending tooth left feeling relieved and a very happy pain free patient Thank you x
