Woman who served me at the till was very rude and immediately made me feel as though I was unwelcome or a burden. Drink came with chunks of ice in it rather than blended properly like most frappés I have had from other Costa locations, and considering I’m paying £4.90 for the drink, I expect it to be done properly. Overall a pretty poor experience to be honest, but still a nice vibe in there and was not overly busy considering it was bank holiday.

I came in close to closing time and asked for a drink and a birthday treat . The girl Serving me suggested a take out cup but the manager there very kindly said I could have it in a mug and that “ we are open and serve right up til when we close just as we would in the middle of the day”. I had had a busy day at work after and was in need of a rest and a treat. I was made to feel so welcome, I really appreciated the kindness and delicious drink and cake. Thank you Highly recommend.

Everyone‘s so nice and friendly. The Drinks and the Food are really good ( the best Lemon cake i’ve ever had ! ) and it‘s also really cozy .Thanks to the Woman who gave us the tip with the map and the postcards :) and i hope it worked with the Harry Concert today for the Young blonde Lady :)

Nice, bright and airy. Staff pleasant. Tables were cleaned as soon as someone left. Quite a big Costas, would have liked to have seen more comfy sofas or chairs. For some reason this has come up as Costas, Crewe The post is referring to HOLMES CHAPEL

Met some friends there this sunday morning as it was half way between us , the coffee was it's usual poor expensive self BUT honestly the breakfast wrap and the Tuna melt were disgusting, aone of us shocked their sausage roll MICROWAVED - YUCK, all very expensive for what they were Feel sorry for the other coffee shops in Holmes Chapel that have better coffee and tastier food as they were very quiet I REALLY cannot understand the other reviews which say the coffee's delicious - is it just fashion and the customers know no better?

1st time in this Costa. Big cafe, plenty of seating, nice warm welcome, our cortado's were excellent. No comment on the food as we did not have any.

Coffee is nice, great choice of milk alternatives. Love specials But constantly changing menu on screens is rather annoying, you have to stand and wait for all these ads to flip, to actually see what are on the menu, specials or prices. And nit always even this is available. Staff usually don't know it either. Confusing! Can you just print and put whole menu on a stand somewhere?

Excellent service at Costa today, Fay and Henry went out of their way to make mum's birthday special- getting her a candle and singing Happy Birthday to her #colinthecaterpillar

One of the better run Costa's. Always clean, always tidy, friendly staff and clean toilets. There is a small car park at the rear that is shared with Sainsburys and can get a little busy. There are also a couple of other local car parks that also give easy walking access. This store is conveniently placed for the local shops. Attendance by local parents at school run times can make this store busy.
