   Worker titled “Finlay” was lovely and provided a clear and warm felt service today. Drinks were superb and wasn’t too busy in. Many thanks go to Finlay for providing such an eloquent and thoughtful service. Deserves more recognition in this modern era.

   Poor customer service and the coffee tasted rubbish. I would avoid at all cost if you have any expectation of a good coffee and/or good customer service. I won't be returning.

   What can I say, we are back to take away coffees, its the usual great cup of coffee but have to drink it in the car. Costa is very social distancing friendly, hand gel dispenser at the entrance, 2 metre marks on the floor, friendly staff wearing masks with hand gel at the ready. You exit through the back door so their is no customer contact. Can't wait to be able to sit at a table and have coffee and breakfast in peace. Cost us my favourite ❤

   I collect food that would otherwise go to waste as a food waste hero distributing for Olio a national network combating food waste. All this week Costa coffee Tesco donated amazing food which I passed on to local charities for homeless :Northwich in need plus families in isolation, Northwich ambulance station and Leighton Hospital NHS staff. The team @ Tesco Northwich Costa are amazing they really care about their customers and the community... they're even giving free coffee now to NHS staff now their on takeaway service!

   This is consistently one of the best Costas around. The coffee is always lovely, the store is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Costa is our coffee shop of choice so we do frequent quite a number of them up and down the country but this one is always the best.
