I found this place searching for a vegan bite to eat when we were passing through Crewe. What a delightful hidden gem - it had a peaceful and calming vibe, the guy behind the counter was lovely, and I had a delicious jackfruit bagel. I definitely recommend - don’t be put off by the slightly unexpected entrance, the café bit is upstairs!
Nice lovely cafe, staff very welcoming and friendly. There was an issue with the incentive I have for my network provider, which staff weren’t aware of realised towards towards, prior to paying. As a customer weren’t aware this business isn’t opened on Monday’s had to go on their website to find this out. Would be nice to advertise this outside the building of the openings times.

I had the Buddha Bowl for lunch and it was delicious. It was both super yummy and filling. There as also a good selection of teas and other hot drinks. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the cafe was super cosy. The people around me were enjoying their food and made for a great atmosphere. It's great their lunch menu is fully vegan. I plan to visit The Open Mind Cafe again, and would 100% recommend trying it.
My new favourite coffee house. What a fabulous place: *great* coffee (and I’m such a coffee-snob!), lovely food (I had the hipster favourite: avocado on sourdough), and such a peaceful, warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will not believe that you are still in the heart of Crewe when you walk up the path and into this wonderful oasis of tranquility, and I was made to feel so welcome. This place is a shining example of what great quality products, care and attention can achieve. Thanks guys: amazing.
Lovely atmosphere, staff were very welcoming. The food was nice and fresh, the blueberry muffins were so tasty. They were also accommodating for our dog. Would highly recommend.
What a lovely place Open Mind is; Monika and Piotr give their cafe a warm environment which is thoroughly welcoming, with some great options for both food and drink, if you've not had one of their jackfruit bagels, they are highly recommended!
Called for an early lunch today, absolutely stunning food. Filled vegan bagels were excellent and the lemon and blueberry cake the best vegan cake my daughter and l have ever had. Also got a take out Buddha bowl for tea and a piece of strawberry cheesecake for the young man working at home.
Fantastic food here. Had a delicious hummus, beetroot and avocado wrap yesterday. Such a great combination of flavours. Fresh, tasty and excellent value. Thoroughly recommend this cafe - a delightful place in the Ministry of Yoga to chill out and replenish mind, body and spirit.
Used the takeaway service and was super impressed with my choice of a Jackfruit Bagel. Considering I am mainly a meat and fish eater I was delighted by the delicious flavour and texture of the Jackfruit, which had been mixed with Monika's special barbecue sauce. Simply delicious!
