If you like a good coffee - this is not the place to go. I bought a coffee for £4.10 here - honestly had 1 sip and had to throw it out. It tasted like the coffee beans had gone off, very bitter, burnt oat milk! The staff were nice. To the company - i would recommend coffee making training and skills. Coffee at that price should be delicious!!

I had to change trains at Crewe yesterday. Never been there before. I grabbed an Americano and kinder/shortbread/ brownie cake. Both were fantastic. The coffee was top notch (and I am really fussy about coffee). The cake was very nice too. The young lady in the kiosk was very polite and friendly. This experience made my journey a much happier experience.

Ordered an iced matcha latte, and they just put the powder in milk, not mixed properly so all of the powder sunk to the bottom into a thick layer. So i’ve basically got a gritty cup of milk. Nice one. £5.30

I used to use Gourmet every time I came through Crewe station, but after tonight no more. They are supposed to shut at 21:00 during the week, I arrived at the station at 20:40 and went straight to the one at platform 5, it was shuttered already. Went to the one at platform 6 which was still open I was refused service as she had already cleaned the coffee machine because she wanted to knock off early!!! I mean it's not as if I arrived at 20:59!! I'm glad to see in the current climate for hospitality that some businesses can be extremely choosy about accepting business within published opening hours!! Disgusting!

Lovely outlet at Crewe station, with plenty of food options- paninis, other savoury and sweet options. Both hot and cold coffees available. The staff were courteous. Quick service. Nominal price.

Coffee isn’t too bad for a train station, and they also have vegan food options.

The two workers were very fast and friendly. The line was long and they were very kind and informative when I forgot the word "hazelnut".

just bought a coffee by the crewe station Gourmet (the one by platforms 6 and 7). The loveliest guy works there (working at lunch time bank hol monday) - so friendly and helpful, and just whats needed in a busy and sometimes stressful train station environment! :-)

Genuinely waited 15 minutes in line for just a bottle of juice and a croissant, due to the wait my train pulled up to the platform. Staff member was talking to somebody that had popped their head round and ignored me when I politely said that was my train while she was getting my change. Didn’t have time for a receipt (so now can’t put it on my expenses) and had to take the croissant without the bag as I just didn’t have time -my train left 20 seconds after I got on it and it was literally in front of the coffee shop. Definitely need more than 1 person in there at a train station, or at least somebody quicker. Quite ridiculous really, and I work in a busy coffee shop myself.

Sausage Baguette and a regular Flat White Deal £5.95. Coffee was perfect, Sausage was decent quality, baguette was as expected from being microwaved. Chunky Slice of Flap Jack for £2.50 was sticky and delicious, washed down with the last of the coffee. This place seems like it's doing the best snacks in the Station. Situated on Platform 6!
