   Sharon was super helpful at Crewe Station in the early hours of the morning at Pumpkin Cafe. She was very patient & speedy with my breakfast order & was extra not rushing with my awkward tired self. Food was piping hot & hit the spot. Would definitely recommend her & will visit her again. Thanks Sharon! :-)

   I decided to treat myself to a coffee and one of the delicious looking bacon rolls at Crewe this morning. The Illustration of a fresh crusty roll filled with juicy bacon was so tempting. When I got to my train, I was presented with something that looked like it had been in an incinerator. The coffee I ordered, a cortado (off menu but just asked for equal amounts of espresso and steamed milk) also tasted burnt. Hopefully not the beans but I suspect over extracted. As I was already on my train, I wasn't able to go back and sadly left upset and disheartened on this glum, wet Friday morning.

   Just passing through and popped in for some breakfast. Staff were super nice and food was freshly heated. A good strong cuppa with a dash of milk the perfect accompaniment. Great price too, less than a fiver, was expecting to take out a second mortgage!!

   Nice cafe inside the crew station. We got ourselves coffee and egg cheese bun. It’s was a quick bite and serves well for change of train and passing time in between.

   I bought a sandwich and Americano coffee while waiting for a train in Crewe station. I sat down on a bench and went to drink from the spout on the lid of the coffee cup. Hot coffee poured all down my shirt which is now completely ruined. The lid on the cup did not fit tightly because it was oversized. I tried many times to secure it but it was impossible. Went back to the cafe, showed them my ruined shirt and asked for a replacement coffee with a tight fitting lid. The staff told me that all the cups and lids are the same and do not fit because they cannot get their regular supplies. They did not offer a refund and when I asked to see the manager I was told she was not there. The staff couldn’t care less. Selling hot coffee in cups with badly fitting, leaking lids for people to take away on moving trains is appallingly dangerous and could lead to serious accidents. I hope someone from Network Rail reads this and gets this cafe shut down. Avoid it like the plague in any railway station.

   My latte tasted of pure burn and couldn’t taste any hazelnut in there which I’d paid extra for. When I asked the customer service assistant to add some syrup to it she refused She told me it is now against the law to add more syrup to the drink but if I paid for it I could have had now which makes no sense. Absolute joke. If I had time I would’ve asked for a refund. Train your staff so they know what they’re talking about please.
