Raj is the best dentist I've had in my life. My 8 year and 10 year old boys agree. His work is lasting and impeccable. Thank you Abbey Dental. P.s receptionists are great too. - Morgan Coetzee

I lost a denture some two months ago and have an overseas trip booked for later this week. Despite the very short window this practice pulled out all the stops and fitted my new plate last Friday. This is a fantastic result for me, only made possible by the whole practice team and their external suppliers. Abbey have been my family's practice for more years than I can remember and have never let us down.

Im extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this dental practice. I was registered as a private patient whilst the rest of my family received NHS registration. When I asked about receiving NHS treatment – something I am fully entitled to as a working person who pays taxes – I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. The attitude I received from the receptionist was rude, dismissive and upsetting. A healthcare setting should make patients feel supported and respected, not judged. I genuinely hope the practice, particularly its reception staff, improves its approach to patient communication and treats people with the courtesy, dignity and fairness they deserve.

I recently visited Abbey Dental Practice and was genuinely impressed by the friendly and welcoming service at the reception. All staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and their professionalism truly stands out. Thank you for making my experience a positive one. I highly recommend Abbey Dental Practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care! Looking forward to attending my next appointment. In regards to the negative report below @KIAN VAZIRI I was a witness to the situation and saw that you were abruptly rude while I was being attended to by the receptionist. You interrupted our conversation and displayed impatience about being seen by the Dental practitioner. I believed you've been checked in already but was an impatient Patient that did not want to wait patiently after the receptionist repetitively informed you that the practitioner that you were seeing was running behind. The receptionist responded calmly, politely, and professionally; however, your behavior was quite disrespectful and seemed aimed at starting something, so to say that "All jobs are stressful" is quite absurd coming from someone that was giving out negative feedback and disgusting behaviour towards the poor staff that were there doing their jobs. All and all I wouldn't play victim when there's cameras and witnesses ike myself that have seen what REALLY happened in that place and time. In that case if you are not happy with their service there are plenty more practices to register to if you're not happy and you'd be doing everybody a favour.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here. My appointment was at 2:10, I waited until 2:50 and respectively told the receptionist that it’s been almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. She then explained to me I had to reschedule my appointment which was not possible for me as it was an infected tooth and an emergency which they were aware of. After explaining that I needed to be seen to, the receptionist Emily was raising her voice telling me I’m ’coming at her.’ in no way was I pressuring her and I had every right to ask as I had never experienced waiting this long for my dentist. I then said with all due respect that she had a funny attitude with me, to that she got up, shouted ‘say what you want to my face’ (which was confusing because I was talking to her) and then proceeded to shout ‘yeah yeah whatever’ and stormed off. I finally was seen to by another dentist (not my own that knows what’s going on with my situation) so I had to explain everything again to him. I then apologised after my appointment to the receptionists college if I had hurt her feelings, to that I got the answer, ‘you know this job can be stressful’ All jobs are stressful at times, that should not give the excuse for someone to blow their lid at a simple case of a customer having to wait for so long after their scheduled appointment. That’s why you get paid to do what you do. If I acted like this to a customer I would be having serious talks with my boss. It’s to the point it’s left me uncomfortable going back to that practice even though I need to for my wellbeing.

I had to travel from MK West to this dentist in Wolverton when my previous NHS dentist went private. Ive never looked back. Great surgery. Reception staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. My dentist explains everything he is doing and why. He is thorough, not rushed, and never hurts! I'd thoroughly recommend this dental surgery, my whole family been with them for over 15 yes now. Excellent dentists.

I have used this practice, with the same dentist, for several years. I have always felt involved in discussions about treatment, and have been happy with the treatment itself. Also the reception is friendly and welcoming. I am happy to recommend this practice.

No one wants to visit the dentist but this one makes the entire experience as pleasant as possible, from the staff on the front desk to the team in the dental room. I've had all manner of work done and never had a problem. The 6th monthly checkups help me keep up on things and I'm no longer anxious about attending

Been under the care of Mohseyni for a few years now. Fantastic dentist. We agreed a long term plan which we’ve stuck to with good results. He’s always been great to explain and advice. Staff at front desk also need credit.

Excellent, professional and friendly staff. The surgery is very clean and compliant with Infection Prevention and Control guidelines. My appointments are always on time. I recommended and will continue to recommend Abbey Dental.
