   Rowtree Dental Care is an excellent dental practice. The receptionists are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble they are always professional & efficient. Mr Evans has been excellent in delivering honest dental care to me and for a nervous customer I am truly grateful also not forgetting the dental nurses too who compliment Mr Evans. Basically a brilliant dental practice with a great team delivering on Dental care to a very high standard.Thank you.

   As a new client I felt so well looked after at Rowtree, far more so than I have at any previous dental practice. Ronak is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in lots of detail, along with many pointers for a better oral hygiene routine. Highly recommended.

   From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. My dentist is friendly, attentive, and truly professional. She is kind and gentle which helps keeps me calm. She explains everything clearly and answers all questions with patience and care. Their expertise is evident, and she talked me through every part of my crown treatment. While I was there she dealt with a lost filling without panic she just got on with it. And she called me in for both appointments dead on time. So happy with everything definitely 5 star.

   Shocking practice. I was seen as an emergency and treated like an animal. The lady who I think was new to practice was extremely rude and clearly on a time scale. She continued with treatment inspite of me sharing I could still feel he dentist tool sharply as she jabbed it several times in my gum after anaesthetic. I asked up on follow up treatment and she said she would have to check with the practice manger as I had missed an appointment (I called at the time and had covid). Apparently this wasn't on the system! So I would have to find a way to mange my gum disease and follow up treatment myself. I used to be seen by the lead dentist here who's practice was exemplary. What on earth has happened? I am in the public sector, I get cuts and privatisation but barbaric and zero people skills in a time of vulnerability is not acceptable. As a youngish dentist if this is how practice looks now. I hate to think what this ladies practice looks like in 20 years. What a sham!

   I was treated like an animal. The dentist and assistant argued about what to do with me. I got out of the chair ready to leave, they told me to hold on. I had already paid £28.00 for a check up one month ago. This was my second appointment and supposed to be a clean to help my teeth. They told me that I had to pay for another checkup. The dentist was patronising explaining I should be private health care. Instead of helping me, gave me a filling and I was forced to pay £68.00. I was left shaking when I went to pay. The receptionist pretending to be nice tried to manipulate me into booking the next check up. Will certainly be leaving for private. At least I will receive help.
