    We visit the Odeon cinema every week for a mid-day matinee. The film starts at 1pm. but Costa will not make you a Costa coffee before 1pm!!! Why such a crazy practice ? The guy on the counter says 'come back at 1 o'clock and I'll serve you'. They could not be more unhelpful if they tried. Now, I stop off before the Odeon, get myself a Starbucks and walk straight to my seat. What a way to treat customers!!
