It was very poor that I was asked to leave with my assistance dog. No hot food was available either. It's against the law to refuse access to an assistance dog.
The service was good but when I asked for cinnamon on my coffee which they did have before. The reply was we don't have any & we are waiting for our suppliers. OK Well good customer service says you supply. As why can't you just go down the road to Asda , Tesco etc then send an invoice to the head office. It isn't the front of house problems but the head office problems to provide It isn't that hard to do?
A little depressing inside, not too bad a cappuccino tho !
Instantly regretted coming when i saw the staff preparing my drink, no care or attention put into the drink, coffee just dumped in, didn't have the drink that's being promo′d.. should have gone to Starbucks a few doors down but thought id give these a try, i know better for next time
Average place. Tables with chairs barely outside even if weather is ok. Last time I get dirty spoon like taken from used ones. I more recommended 2nd one near Lidl.
Good coffee. Very good staff. Service Very good. Main door open a bit cold and drought.
Staff ignores clients and do not take orders properly. Standing behind the counter chatting rater than serving. The place is messy and full of empty cups and trash. One member of staff was collecting cups but when he saw me sit down and start cleaning up the table so I would have room to sit down he turned away and cleaned other tables instead.
