I had my tooth extracted by Julian, he was amazing!!! He talked through the procedure with me, made sure I was comfortable and was very professional! I can’t believe how easy it was! All in all a 5/5 experience! Everyone who works there is so lovely and helpful!
Wonderful experience! Unfortunately having never been able to visit a dentist, my first was this morning. Mala and co were pleasant, professional and engaging. Ashleigh, was fantastic navigating the policy and cover and provided excellent customer service. Very happy with today, and looking forward to next appointments. The surgery itself was clean and welcoming too.
I’ve had such a positive experience since I have started seeing Debbie at Bupa Dental. She’s professional and genuinely cares about her patients. I used to feel anxious about dental visits, but Debbie’s calm and friendly approach has completely changed that for me. She is always very clear and explains everything so you understand what is being done. Debbie is extremely welcoming and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. I trust her completely and always leave feeling well looked after.

I have been petrified of the dentist pretty much my entire life. My teeth were not in the greatest nick, as a result. I bit the bullet and joined BUPA Towcester in April. I can honestly say, Namrita and the team have been wonderful. Not only has my case been handled delicately, positively and expertly, they have had complete empathy with me throughout. I cannot thank them enough. In a previous time, the thought of the dentist filled me with utter dread. Now, I feel far more psychologically and physically safe when it comes to dental work. Completely Brilliant I was super afraid of going to the dentist's but an emergency left me with no choice. Everyone at Towcester BUPA was fantastic. They put me at ease and the filling wasn't as scary as I feared it would be. A fantastic team all round. Thanks again.
Highly recommend! Namrita is amazing not just with the quality of her work but with her patience. I had over an hours work done and was helped to feel in control and at ease the whole time. My dentist phobia is completely gone!
