Mr Ibrahim Ahmad Is a wonderful dentist, kind patient & the dental work he carries out is brilliant & to such a high standard. He would make anyone feel at ease , whether he has met you for the first time , or you are a regular patient of his. I wouldn't say anyone enjoys going to the dentist , but you certainly dont feel as anxious when you know you will be looked after by Mr Ahmad during your dental appointment.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The dentist, Zara, was exceptional at putting both my daughter and I at ease. She talked us through what would happen today. This was our first visit to Grange Park Dental Practice, we were seen ahead of time, which was a first as at previous practice we would always be seen much later than scheduled appointment. Following examination and X-rays, Zara made recommendations for future dental care. The whole experience was great, thank you to all the staff, especially Zara our new dentist.

I keep ringing telling me I’m position 1 then just hangs up, says your open till 5.30 and this is 4.30pm Rang a few times but still no answer Not sure I understand why when it’s not easy to find a dentist but it’s even harder trying to get an appointment, something that’s out of our hands completely and leaving patients in pain I’m sure isn’t your policy but seems to be a thing

Tried making appointment with Mr Lall who moved from Victoria promenade practice. Only to be told that I have to fill in another registration form, considering they are the same practice and are all digital and they cannot transfer my notes is rather backward in time and cannot make appointment and fill in form while there. Baffling.

I think the problem here is that the dental practice is understaffed leading to severe delays when trying to get an appointment. Their treatment of patients suggest that they only want you to pay for private treatment in order to actually be taken seriously. If you are an NHS patient, you will be waiting several months for an appointment just for them to dismiss your concerns or book you in for a 'follow up' where they will supposedly perform the treatment you wanted in the first place. The dental practice also operates a policy of taking payment upfront before you have attended the appointment which I find strange but was told is a NHS policy. Overall just a poor experience, unfortunately.

I can highly recommend my Dentist Priya and Dental Hygienist George. Both are outstanding in their respective roles. I've needed a fair amount of treatment due to illnesses over the last few years and their treatment, advice and care has been exceptional, outstanding. Particularly through my chemo treatment during covid restricted periods they ensured my treatment continued when Dentists were able to reopen. At all times they have treated me with great professionalism, great care and have consistently treated me with dignity and respect. They've made me feel comfortable and safe. Priya and George both consistently act with great professionalism and give straightforward good advice. I trust them implicitly. They are friendly and make me feel at ease. Their focus to me is on great patient care. Today I was also helped with an issue by the practice manager which was excellent.

11 mile journey, time off work to attend my appointment and I was informed that the machine they needed to conduct my treatment was broken and had been for sometime. No-one had bothered to pick up the phone to tell me or to re-arrange. They just decided that I'd have a different treatment. No diligence, no customer service, no apology. The best they could do is ring around for another appointment elsewhere, which I was told would take all day??! And as anyone knows, who has tried to book a dental appointment, it will likely be months before I get an opening. Incredibly disappointing, wasting my time and also someone else could have had my slot. Not impressed.
