   Recently moved to Attleborough & was pretty speechless with the service at Lloyd’s Pharmacy! I queued for 30minutes to find I wasn’t on the system (was drs fault) the second time I went in I queued and in the process the lady servicing spoke to the elderly couple infront of me like a piece of S*** and then my prescription was not completed after 5 days & they hadn’t even ordered them in yet but apparently would arrive the next day. I went in for the 3rd time and they still hadn’t arrived! I queued each time, a lot of the time there was about 4/5 members of staff out back and they saw the queue and just chatted. The shelves are half empty. The service is terrible, not one person apologised for the wait to anyone! My prescription is steriods and not meant to stop taken them but by the time I finally got them I hadn’t taken them for a week/2weeks which isn’t good! I now get my prescription sent via Royal Mail for free and wow it’s sooo much easier and great knowing I won’t have to go back for a while.

   I am changing my review again as I've really had it with this pharmacy. Twice they have flat out lied saying "the doctor cancelled your prescription". Twice I've been told this when, according to the surgery, its simply not true. Nothing happens on time at all. No one answers the phone, maybe if you did you could let people know if they need to try and catch you while you're actually open! I am going to make a complaint to head office. Its been getting worse for a while now. There's such an opportunity for another pharmacy here in Attleborough, I'll keep my fingers crossed...

   Utter shambles. It can take days just to get a full prescription dispensed. The management obviously think we all sit at home doing nothing. You give it plenty of time between the doctors and collecting your prescription, but still it won’t be ready. Understaffed, shelves half empty. Absolute disgrace. Unfortunately for locals, we are stuck with this. Urgent intervention is needed.

   Helpful and friendly staff. This pharmacy stayed open all through lockdown when our doctors surgery decided to operate a telephone only service, when our dentists closed their doors and opticians shut up shop. They put themselves on the front-line when we were all terrified and reassurance was nowhere else to be found. Thank you for your service, we do appreciate you!

   Greatly improved since my last visit. It was normal to get to the counter to collect a prescription and join a queue of people waiting to collect prescriptions or just buy a product as they were all together in one queue, wait considerable time before being told, "Sorry, it's not ready yet. Can you call back in about an hour?" Terrible service. NOT TODAY. New members of staff including Claire who answered the phone when I called to check if my prescription was prepared for collection. She told me it was all done and ready for collection. Called in about 12 pm. NO QUEUE. Claire recognised me, retrieved my medicines from the shelf and brought them out with no wait at all. What a turn around! I have only given 4 stars as it is early days yet. Let's see how it goes. If it remains like this there will be a lot of happy customers.
