I've lived in Attleborough for two years. Repeat prescriptions are never ready to collect. One always has to wait 20minutes, even after sending in the order at least a week beforehand. The pharmacy floor is dirty!Therepapedust and dirt on the floor !
No idea what to do with an e-prescription and refused to even try the instructions provided, despite the provider listing Lloyds as an approved supplier. Wouldn't even try to help. Pointless.
I really feel for all the staff. They do the best they can with staff shortages. Myself and my daughter have always received brilliant customer service. Going above and beyond several times. If people aren't happy complain to the head office and say they need more staff don't hurl abuse at the ones who are run off their feet
Absolutely disgraceful service. Prescription ordered and told be ready Tuesday, working all week so had to collect the following Saturday.... not ready and had to wait over an hour. This happens evey time. I will be changing to another chemist.
The staff are surly, rude and as it’s like you are interrupting their day. They are so slow it’s painful. Nearly always out of stock of everything… the wait for simple prescriptions are always way over 15 minutes. I really don’t know why everything takes so long. Both Lloyds chemists in Attleborough are the worst chemists I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. If i could avoid permanently i would.
Booked a flu vaccine online. Appointment cancelled two days before due to early closures. Had to rebook by phone after several calls failing to get through. My appointment went fine, but whilst waiting I saw several people come in and be disappointed that they had to come back after 3-o’clock because the pharmacist was booked solid. Staff were not rude, but giving out too much bad news. Staff shortages and Covid obviously don’t help. Looks like poor management and frontline staff bearing the brunt.
Very poor service, on 2 separate occasions I've been told items they were out of stock of would be in , on returning still not in stock.
