   I traveled all the way from Italy to visit this establishment, and I was denied entry without any explanation. I was sober, had my ID, and followed all requirements. The bodyguards treated me disrespectfully and their behavior was completely unprofessional.

   It's alright. It's the kinda place you go when everywhere else is shut. Used to go there for Pams House after parties and they were always good nights/mornings. Drugs policy is obviously zero tolerance and I remember the door staff very much adhered to that. So be careful! Mainly drank water on those nights so can't comment on beer. Don't remember them selling draught. I might be wrong.

   The security was short tempered and racist. They loot our money and after that they will not allowed us to enter the pub. He was pushed my friend cheat. He was really racist. After that they told our money will be refunded. Still not refunded. All frauds, fraud pub. Please not go over there. Waste of money.. (It was happened on 28/12/2024). If the owner want to see the staff rude behavior you can see cctv camera how rude your staff to customers.

   First off, Loft is NOT the queer safe space it claims to be… never been surrounded by so many straight people tbh, and sometimes it feels threatening. It’s kind of ironic how they advertise themselves as a gay bar, yet every single person in there except me and my friends is straight. Maybe they should start hosting queer nights and more of the people they advertise to would be there. Also, it’s kind of dirty and the aeroplane part of the club is literally falling apart.

   I was denied access due to not having a driving licence or passport on my presence at time of visit despite showing other id with photo the security staff were determined not to let me in to this venue . Which UK citizen carries a passport around with them while travelling in there own country , good they can afford to pick and choose in these tight economic times ??

   In overdue need of a refurb. Apart from that great place to have a night out. Cloakroom is always open and at the desk as you go in so you don't need to search the place for it. The airplane mock is very cool but in need of repair. Toilets are okay. Taps hardly work. Always funny when you see 2 people at it and see security drag them out lol. The Loft part is cool it's pitched black and very packed. Very fun. Feels very safe. Great place for a great night out.

   This is an okay place. It’s in need of a bit of renovation, but I liked the airline aesthetic, and the pretend plane. The drinks seemed moderately priced. The place seemed pretty quiet for a Saturday night, but overall I had a lot of fun. The bar staff and security were fine with us.
