   One of the worst place in the world , I was trying to ask the information about the ticket kindly but the security guard wasn’t kind and he started to insulting me before I ask in the public and in front everyone , I didn’t reply what he said and I said , I stayed silent because I’m foreigner and I don’t want any trouble with local people I tried to contact and complain but no one respond , You can check CCTV I will keep complaint until he apologized

   Great club, staff are welcoming and kind and lively atmosphere. Feel super safe there however I have tried to get into contact with some form of management there regarding a matter I wish to discuss further, but no answer from the phone and no reply from emails (checked spam). If there is any other way I can try please let me know :) Thanks Update: I haven’t had a reply at all, do you know how long it roughly takes to get back to anyone. I understand you guys probably have lots of emails to get back to. Thank youu

   Do not go here. me and my friends have been kicked out on multiple occasions when going to the toilet. The bouncers stand and watch people come out the toilet to falsely accuse them of doing substances. This happens every-time we go the staff don't even enter the toilet just wait outside and remove random groups for this reasons so they can let more people in and make more money. You pay for entry for the whole night and after an hour get removed for anything they can accuse you of. Greedy owners. Rude bouncers. This club ruins nights out.

   Discriminated against and harassed for attempting to use ladies toilets despite identifying and presenting as a woman. I was previously reassured by REKOM customer services that this wouldn't happen but it did. I was initially told that I could only use the disabled toilet and told to wait for it to be unlocked but went in anyway as I had the key and didn't want to wait. Then I was told I could use the Gents instead of desired.
