   one specific guy working here caused my friend to be really uncomfortable and leave early. we paid £15 to be at this venue, waited for our friends to arrive, only for our night to be cut short from a guy seemingly working here making our friend uncomfortable. at first, it seemed as though it was just general friendliness, with a greeting and a friendly chat. later on, he approached us again - only really addressing our same friend - and looked as though he was going to shake his hand, but then proceeded to kiss it. our friend felt a bit weird about this as it was a bit much from someone you don't know, but we continued our night regardless. we thought that would be it, as we did half lightheartedly ask him 'why did you do that?' (assuming he'd get the memo) only for him to approach him AGAIN not long after and offer him a drink - friendly enough sure and that'd usually be okay except our friend said no, only for the guy to turn around and grab a drink out of thin air and hand him it anyways ?? following this our friend asked for us to leave so we did. if it had been not only our same friend singled out, he might not feel as uncomfortable, but the guy insisted on repeatedly approaching him. not a good first experience here and we won't be returning. even if intentions were good, which they definitely could've been don't get me wrong, it caused us to leave prematurely which definitely shouldn't be happening especially after paying £15 to be somewhere. edit: to some this would be okay and deemed completely friendly, but it needs to be taken into account everybody is different and not all people will be happy with this behavior. and as a group we are completely unimpressed and felt protective over him for the entire time these things were going on. he didn't deserve to feel this way nor should others who have the same kind of boundaries.

   Stopped the weekend in Norwich , and spent a few hours in here, had a great time in all the different rooms. Really good atmosphere. Will definitely return the next time we stop in the city. On top of a great night, I realised the following day (having returned to Sheffield), that I had left my jacket in there. I contacted the bar, and they returned it for free including postage! Great place , amazing staff & management.

   Amazing space to hire for private function. Recently hosted my friends hen do here, we had the middle floor with outdoor space and our own bar. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Sue was brilliant in the lead up to the event with my numerus emails and questions!! We were able to have our own music plugged into the speakers and control throughout the night also very relaxed with decorations so we could decorate how we wanted. Highly recommend. Thank you again!

   As far as Norwich go with clubs this is probably the best in offer at the moment, 3 floors of diff music, lots of bars and an easy access outside area. I have to say I really enjoy my time spent in this place!!

   A great little place to head too on a night out, 2 or 3 floors open depending on the night and music to fit all tastes from cheesy to house. Staff are friendly and fun as always the vibe is relaxed and happy the door staff are friendly and fair. Good selection of drinks to be had and the customer base is wide with a good mix of the age groups.
