We used this Stainless steel mess panels to make bird feeders. They're perfect for the job... small enough mess so the seeds don't fall through but large enough to let water drain away. Very reasonably priced and fast delivery.
Very cute wooden hedgehog house. Easy to screw together. However, needs waterproofing with a sealant as other damp just seeps in through bottom flooring and sides. Very good value for money though. Totally recommend it, just waterproof it! Recommend the company, have bought from them many thanks over several years.
Ordered twice and both times the delivery was quick and the parcels arrived completely undamaged. The product itself was superb. Well made and a lovely finish. You could say The first time I ordered it the product was so good I ordered another set and again promptly delivered. A very easy company to order from with a superb product. Thank you.
Absolute game changer, exactly what I’ve been missing in the hide for years, no more dropped sarnies, spilled tea, hunting for carts / phone Well made, if I’m being critical it could do with being six inches taller but then I am 6 foot. Perfect if you’re seated in the hide! If you pigeon shoot just don’t think about it and buy one! You’ll not regret it!
The hedgehog house was great value. The delivery was quick and it was well packaged. Easy self- assembly (only required a screwdriver) and it is robust i.e. the wood was a good thickness and it all fitted together snugly and felt solid. Looks as though it will be weatherproof- due to felted roof. I sat it on some old slabs to help raise it a little more to prevent damp from contact with the earth.This is where I leave a few hedgehog snacks, as the entrance is too small for any passing cats. Our hedgehog visitor has been using it.
Pathetic service! Bought a bag on amazon from this store based in Great Yarmouth. An extortionate £6 for delivery and no item received. Vendor can see I never received item as tracking shows this. I asked for a refund but seller refuses until they receive item back from Royal Mail. For the money paid they could have afforded to use DPD and then I would have received item. Many weeks later and no item and no money. A to Z is a waste of time as they favour the shop and not the customer Garbage Do NOT use this company
If I could leave a minus star rating this would be -10. This is the most appalling company to deal with if you want to have any sort of communication with them. If you have a problem, you cannot phone them as they do not answer their phone. As for their fast email reply service, this is great if you want generic replies which are of no use in solving your issue/problem. I ordered a tent and paid for next day delivery, it eventually turned up 3 days later & was therefore no use to me. Trying to sort out the return has proved frustrating, as their email reply person never seems to answer the questions I have for them. DO NOT ORDER from this company, if you require any sort of customer service. It’s been the most awful customer experience ever!
Terrible customer service. One of my camp beds was missing from my order and they refused to send me my bed next day delivery so I had it in time for my trip, even though they offer this service through their website. There was no effort made at all to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Very disappointed
Absolutely shocking customer service!! Don't even give this place your time of day. Doing some fencing at home and in desperate need of a post drill which they list on there website as in stock. Ok so drive 40 mins to get there to be told we can't sell you one as we sell these on eBay. What is the point of advertising them as available but not selling them?? Not even with cash in hand would they sell me one!! Everyone just sitting round doing nothing or smoking, So take my advise and don't bother even trying to give them your hard earned money!!
I’m astonished at the poor reviews, after my experience. I bought an item four and a half years ago. It came with a five-year guarantee. The item had not fully survived five years. On Saturday evening I wrote to Outdoor Value (OV) and received a pleasant reply the following morning (a Sunday). After providing some pictures of the wear and a copy of the original invoice I was offered a replacement item. It arrived on Tuesday. In less than three days from my initial contact with OV. I can say that I was delighted with the courtesy I received from OV and the speed with which the matter was resolved. Perhaps they have had issues as outlined here in some of the comments but I could not have received a better or more helpful service.
