I have always received excellent service from Luke at Norfolk Canoes. He always tries his hardest to help. His customer service is second to none. I don't think you will find better service elsewhere.
Went in to enquirer about canoe racks for my roof rack and they were very unhelpful wouldn’t let me see if it would fit with my cycle carrier on, was hoping to buy local rather than the internet but in your not aloud to see if it fits then you might as well get it cheaper online
The guy knows his stuff so the advice/conversation is all relevant. Loads of parking. Difficult to judge prices but all the equipment seems top shelf, so maybe the price is what it is.

Really helpful and knowledgeable assistant who gave us a free book. Shame they didn't have the drysuit in the right size but got to try some others on and got some useful advice.

This is the second time I have been to this shop, I picked up my new feelfree nomad sit on top kayak. I honestly can't believe how much stock and selection this place has something for everyone. Super helpful staff excellent service and prices. Won't go anywhere else now I've found this place. Loads of parking right outside shop. Give them a look highly recommended.
This place is a little gem, very well stocked with everything you could ever need to get going on an adventure. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble for them it really was a good experience for us! Absolutely love my kayak and can’t wait to take it out, Would highly recommended to anyone!
