Very vague advise, bad attitude when questions were asked. Didn’t make me aware of her charges. One saddles fully checked for horse which was provided by customer then a quick check on the second also provided. £130 bill in total included £48 call out fee. I contacted her to say I was not satisfied with service and she refused to send part refund as asked. Totally unprofessional and rude. Feel totally ripped of when I was respectful enough to pay in the first place.
